Goddamn server!!!!

Okay so in Tau-23, my messages are getting 30seconds late. In every other system its normal. This has never happened to me before. Anyone know how to fix it? (I got a 20mb/s line)
It laggs so hard, it won't show my ping/fluct/loss for 10 minutes already.
