Any ID without a cargo limit allows the Stork, but picking one depends on where you intend to trade. Want Sirius-Wide? Go for IMG, Bowex, or Gateway. Everywhere but Liberty? Republican or Daumann. Everywhere but Rheinland? IC or USI. Everywhere but Bretonia? Samura or Kishiro.

As Reid said, almost every corporation ID (any that don't have a cargo restriction) can use the Stork (or other 5ker). Some people have heard of a place called Gallia, which Kusari, Rheinland and IMG (and OSI of course) can trade in with 5kers.

inRP. At least for Samura, there are no rephacks for Bretonia. Can't say the same for Kishiro.

So you COULD grab a Samura ID for a "can dock everywhere and is neutral to everything and may carry 5K cargo" ship, just don't get caught by BPA. If you do, just say that you're going to the Nagasaki or something

Unless the Kusari laws have changed recently, Bowex are NOT allowed in, and neither are BMM (see 6-2, "unwelcome organizations").

It just seems like they are because the KSP and KNF exist really only in theory.

Gateway however, due to having no ties to the Crown, are allowed in, making them one of the few shippers that can access every house (except Gallia of course).

Note to self: Make KSP gunboat and kick out all those Bowexers I see in Kyushu.

Yet another edit: Planetform Inc. are also allowed into Kusari by the way.

It's strange how great ID's like Gateway and to a lesser extent, Planetform, are hardly ever used. I can only assume it's because people just forget they're there?
Gateway has much better relations than Bowex with pretty much everyone except the Bretonian government, no criminal organizations that specifically vie for their blood (Mollies), and might not even get in trouble if caught by the Gallics in the Taus, since they are allied with the IMG. Happened to me once on my Gateway Colossus, true story.

Yet nobody flies Gateway. Everyone just goes for Bowex.

Samura are allowed to bring sustenance supplies from outside of Bretonia to either of the two Exiled battleships. Other than those battleships, they are not allowed to dock on a base or move through with cargo. Kishiro have no such privileges.
Karst covered the other end pretty well, although all of the above is likely to be changed soon (if you've been reading some of the RP).

Gateway probably should be more popular than it is, but they just need a concentrated effort from someone to at least almost match the way the Bowex) dudes run things. Then again, it's rather hard to get two concurrent shipping companies in the same house, and usually at least one of them loses out.

I think another factor is that BMM- is properly tied with Bowex), doing the mining and short-range hauling to the stations, while Bowex are the ones who get the superconvoys out to the other houses and back. Gateway likely suffers because you can do everything and more with the IMG|, and generally it would be "we're doing a convoy, feel free to tag along after we mine for you". Maybe after we lose the full 5ker permission there can be a bit more room, but again that would require a strong leader and membership.

(Also this wasn't meant as a dig at Reaper etc., they did a good job)
