Excuse me for anyone that reads this post, I'm afraid I've hit a spot of bother with my freelancer, I cannot seem to sign into a server ANY server. It just sends me telling me that the name has already been used. It doesn't matter what name I use, every time I try a name any random assortment of letters it tells me The name has already been selected.[/size][/font]
It's a known issue. There's something wrong with your installation.
Remove your Freelancer & Discovery installations and do a clean reinstall (Discovery 4.86 on original Freelancer, not the 1.1 update), and if that doesn't fix your problem, try downloading your Discovery installer again. If it's still not fixed, means there's something wrong with your Freelancer installer.
