Liberty Navy

Hey all

Me my small community of about 5 are trying to get into the liberty navy. We have got the tags from having good relations by doing missions. Also we have the navy id tags instead of the freelancer ones.

I was wondering if we need to do anything else. Someone in game said to put the tags [LN] in our names but I looked that up and it's a player faction. So are we forced to join a player faction ?

Thats if you want to join the Primary Fleet...

You can still be indies and just name yourselves accordingly....

If there's five of you.. create a non-official callsign something like Lastname.Firstname|35th....

Then for your capital ships, the standard callsign is: LNS-InsertNamehere.

Whereas if you prefer not to give away your ship as a Liberty Navy ship... then any conventional name will do.

If you've a Liberty Navy ID, then you're already part of it. If not, do missions until you're able to buy them on a Liberty Navy station.

[LN] is the official player faction and you don't need to join them to play as navy. LNS- is an optional tag for liberty capital ships to recognize eachother.

[LN] is official and passworded so you would need to try and join.

However there are a lot of LNS- ships which are unofficial Liberty Navy capital ships and there are also many independent Liberty Navy ships with various tags such as Navy, LNor no tags at all.

Yes if you want to be in [LN] which is the official faction or the Primary fleet you need to apply to join but there is the LN which is the unofficial or secondary fleet where you just register your ship...
