Hola senoras y senores lideres and other corsair repersentitives, The increasing multi-polarity of economic and diplomatic power and the likely increase in regional trade and security agreements between us and you gives us "fruit".
There is so much to be gained from increasing our diplomatic engagement with our rapidly developing neighbours, while maintaining our good relationships with our traditional partners. We will ofcourse never admit this publicly, but we are not fans of the Outcasts, claiming as they do to be friends with the nomads have shown us that they have the morality of a tick.
Now, I mention Outcasts because a few days ago we have intercepted a transmission from Omicron-Alpha to Omicron-Iota, we haven't scooped the whole transmission but we had a pretty good Idea of what it meant.
A good defense is a strong offense, a preemptive strike, but such a strategy created its own problems, however we have managed to sneak deep into the nomad worlds and payed a tribute back for their acts of hostility towards individual corsairs and zoners. This Im sure will not go un-noticed by the jellyfish community which is why we are on a high state of alert.
We would like to establish a communication network so we will be able to coordinate our defense lines and strengthen our relation with the corsair empire in general. Much more to be discussed in private, local and more secure location, I would like to meet you personaly, in a safe place where we can discuss these issues, I will keep this channel open until I have a word from you dear friends, until then, long live the empire, Salute.
