After time of propositions and preparations, the Council managed to obtain and install a common frequency and data storage archive on Freeport 10 so that any pilot inside the Commonwealth can provide flights logs.
Simply provide any logs of weird incidents or how your commercial (trading) business worked out.
For the members of the Commerce branch as well as the members of Research branch partaking in commercial activities in order to finance their works, a proof regarding their 10% of their profit, donation to the Commonwealth's bank account should be provided here.

Bonjour. It is your most beloved Head Councilor, Robert d'Autoine here.
I have come to announce you about a most peculiar encounter moi and Zakir had a few days ago.
While we were sightseeing in Tau-29, we decided to pay a visit to our TAZ neighbours. Before we entered the Jump Hole, a miner reached us from the other side.
It's equipment was most unusual, Zakir grew more and more suspicious and kept telling me he was infected.
On the other hand, ignoring Zakir's suspicions, I managed to find out that he was part of a new miner organization in Taus. And he kept telling me that cooperation between our two parties could bring a lot of profit for us.
However, a madame from the Reavers appeared, and soon after, a Rheinland ship as well. What could a Rheinland do in the Taus you may ask? Unfortunately I don't have the answers.
This, alongside the occasional unexpected acting from the miner, made me pay attention to Zakir's suspicions. After he went into Baffin, we decided to follow him, but to our suprise, he dissapeared.
The data about the miner has been... Misplaced, but something tells me we will be seeing again. Hopefully a future encounter will show us whether Zakir was right or not.

Today we meet a Nomad Battleship and a nice lady from the GRN
The first fact that made me think twice was that they werent shooting at eachother
So I went to investigate with Zack backing me up We engaged into the conversation with the both ships. And learned some thing I nwver knew...
I gave back the Artefact I studied my thoughts were "I should give it back its not mine"
We were talking for some time so the logs would be too long to paste

Yes, I realise we all prefer to indulge in our work in an atmosphere of solace, but surely even you Zaki cannot miss the quarter tonne trellis of food rations, clothes and enough booze to drown a Hessian slowly dissolving outside your door, non? As requested, the supplies for a week were positioned there about three hours ago, and when I took a stroll to the northern bio dome of our little dominion I happened to notice the crate very much as it was.
This is curious behaviour Zaki, even for you.

We started from FP at at 1530 Sirian solar time
and went on the way to Alpha.
I took a look on the Hispania Sleeper ship (With Outcasts "OK")
And I must say thats an amazing ship...
our exploration started with entering Omicron Theta wich holds 3 Zoner bases
and seems to be a neutral ground for everyone to use...
After that we saw the Corsair homeworld Omicron Gamma
The system consists of mainly 1 Colonized planet and 2 Bases
Afterthat we saw Kappa Delta and Zeta
On our way to Zeta we didnt meet any living soul
only in Zeta we meet a "Phoenix" representative
I belive we could start some relationship with them

I'm surprised Robert didn't report this sooner due to his habitual over addiction to the neural net. Honestly, he's like a wasp in honey when he gets wired in and just as distasteful...
Anyway, As doubtless everyone in '11 has been screaming about for the last 48 hours two days ago the Outcasts (lead by the Contari Lance in this case) decided to have a tiff with our neighbourly Independent Miners as they are oft to after Robert realised (to his immense dissatisfaction) that the entire Outcast war fleet had not in fact rolled out to hear his terms for the Contari Lance.
The fight was long and enjoyable, and the remaining wreaks will provide the Commonwealth with a glut of top-of-the line IMG and Outcast ship technology to salvage (I'll get Jeanne on it, as a biologist she should be able to disassociate the living from the dead no)?
Anyway, many of the combatants on the Outcast side of things were in direct violation of Confederation of Freeport laws and thus (legally anyway), we have grounds to stich them for nearly a quarter billion on Robert's discretion.
Speaking of which, where's that 10 Million you wagered on IMG's victory Robert? That's another fiscal matter you've been strangely silent on. Be quick about it, I'm charging interest....
Oh and It's good to hear from Krovin. Was feeling alarm there.
