I wish to attain a measure of financial security through gains in trade, and feel that Interspace Commerce is the best-equipped corporation to both aid in the acquiring of funds and the maintaining of a stable estate.

Being born on the planet of Leeds, into a wealthy, yet small family, I have always been provided with what I need to succeed. I was given tutoring in music as a child, which led into an interest in classic American "rock and roll." This tutoring led to my attainment of a Bachelor's Degree in both Business and Music, the latter of which led to a swift and painful disownment, an event I would wish to put behind myself.
I found that while I have talents toward the managerial positions, I enjoy working on my own, or in small groups. This became evident during my employment as a manager though college, where I eschewed the traditional group talks for one-on-one and small group sessions. This love for individual work has not prevented me from functioning properly within a larger group, however. I enjoy being directed, but will question any orders I find nonsensical or simply outrageous.

I have not heard of someone with your talents to be through music, and management at the same time, I find that rather impressive. Automotive engineering. I worked under a normal business, but then started my own shop as a mechanic.

Quite simply, the IC looks like the only option I have, as every other "option" I have seen doesn't fit the bill.

I started off in a small family, of myself and my parents. Through school I was average, just the same old person that can be forgotten in a few minutes. In college, I majored in engineering, and I was section leader of the marching band, for trumpets. Quickly, I grew to become a renowned mechanic, praised for my skills.
Originally, I worked for a rather large chain of automotive mechanics. However, my "boss" became a corrupt individual, and I soon found myself facing unemployment. A friend told me that the town I lived in was going to be without a mechanic, as the other business had declared bankruptcy a few weeks after a number of employees were fired, myself as one of them. I quickly managed to open a shop, and from there I was able to train a few skilled indivduals to work during my absence.
I can work in groups, but I prefer having something to do. Idle leaders that don't really do much are people I cannot simply stand, and typically, those people are the death of any business or corperation. Through the IC, I intend to gain wealth to the point that I might become the greatest mechanic from my planet.
