i have had a discussion but it makes a small difference what i can understand. But it gives you an advantage over other players. In a way you are cheating then as you pre render some graphics before others. In wich you see him/her a fraction of a second before then he does you. In my view this is sanctionable as you try willingly to gain advantage over the other player.

kinda has 2 sides now isnt it. as the more FPS you have the faster your screen refreshes. so against one with 60 fps you have 3x as fast.. so it is cheating as you have an advantage over others. I could maybe even let it go to 500 or higher fps a second. its also not cheating then how you claim it. even if it is almost 10x as much as the 60 fps you suggested.
