I believe a link was given in another post with nomad resources, so I will send you the huge oversized lore. Nomads have plenty if RP, more than most.

Just because you did not see it in one encounter does not mean it does not exist. Hang around and you can see how apparent that the K'Hara| have a great amount of RP

Edit: The K'Hara| uses these guidelines for who they are, they are the same as the Nomads. There are small differences, but those are mentioned.
