FL Discovery Watcher ng 2.0.3

It scans server every 5 minutes and warns you when anyone from the list logs in.
You can leave the tag in list and it will notify you when everyone containing that tag in name logs in

You must enter these tags in player list by hand though

Dunno who made it, and who is working on it, but in the tag list there is still the old tag "AI|" with Zoner IFF and Artificial Intelligence ID.
Our tag is "[AI]", no IFF and AI ID.
The faction is called "Artificial Intelligence Consensus"

by the way, the tag list does not refresh (it does only on first launch) - you should add tags for yourself, that's your very own private list

Fixed base watch against latest GC table changes, removed account manager (it evolved into FAM-ng, should speed up a bit - code is a lagging beast still tho). Also, added base list for convenience.
