I come to you with an unfortunate circumstance, it seems that Rheinland's issues with OSI, make them think that the boarder of their house, extend to the Omicrons, i have been sent Guncam shots of a BDM vessel, a gunboat, attempting to enforce their laws in Omicron Theta, when my ship pointed out they have no jurisdictionthe BDM thought otherwise, and destroyed the ship in the vicinity of Freeport 9.
Im sorry that OSI's diplomatic issues seem to have followed into Theta, not something we expected to follow us into our own region of space.
ENCRYPTION: PL07 D3V1C3 COMMID:Flotillenadmiral Siegfried, BDM| U-Flotte LOCATION:BDM|RNC-Brynhildr, Mephistopheles Class 006 Production Type Cruiser, BDM|U- Forward Operating Base
I have just received a mission report from BDM|U-66 regarding a recent encounter with an OSI vessel on the borders of Freeport 9 space.
According to mission report, an OSI vessel was stopped outside of Freeport space, but proceeded to enter the designated no fire zone after the encounter commenced - after which, the OSI vessel was destroyed.
As you may have heard, the OSI has been classified as a hostile criminal faction to the Bundesrepublik of Rheinland for the crimes of smuggling and supplying known terrorists, and refusing many opportunities for peaceful resolution. The Bundesrepublik of Rheinland recognizes that the OSI is a separate entity from the Zoner populations of Sirius, and does not wish to involve the Zoner populations at large in the police action of bringing the OSI criminals to justice.
It has been the policy of the BDM to respect Freeport neutrality when it comes to the pursuit of known criminals and hostile warships into Freeport space. While standard operating procedure would have been to abandon pursuit of the OSI vessel after it has deliberately entered Freeport space, the captain of the BDM vessel in question violated standing orders and pursued.
As such, the captain of the vessel has been removed from active duty, and reprimanded for gross neglect of standing orders. The Buro is prepared to pay restitution to the Freeport 9 administration with funds and supplies as deemed appropriate by the Confederation.
The Buro has, before now, maintained a small presence in the Omicrons for the purpose of combating Wilde and Nomad infestations in the region - and it wishes to continue with these operations without incident with the Zoner populations of the Omicrons.

Thank you for your report I'll be getting right onto that.
Respectfully.

Dear Mr. Siegfried
Well, considering that our normal offenders either don't respond to our communications at all or indeed outright refuse to pay fines or acknowledge any wrongdoing it's nice to see someone come forth directly admitting to it, I'll be sure to take that into account when I work out the fines. I'll address it directly to the BDM then.

From: Scott Thompson, Bowex Director of Colonial Authority. To: Freeport 1 Administration. CC: Borderworld Exports, Board of Directors. Topic: Hessian assault on local security forces
Good evening, administrators of Freeport 1.
This has just been forwarded to me by an ExSec wing responsible for the security around Port Talbot. I have reports of multiple Hessian ships engaging in a fight, pulling said fight towards Freeport 1, even using the installation as cover, and finally docking on it.
The callsigns of said ships are [HW]Reks, [HW]Frise, and [HW]Guns.Krauzer. Evidence is provided below.
It seems clear that this group makes no efforts to hide its disregard for civilian life and security, and is a constant threat to operations in the area.
I hope you will take appropriate action.
With regards,
Scott Thompson

Bonjour.
Robert d'Autoine, Head Councilor of the Commonwealth speaking.
Few days ago, I personally witnessed a... most unexpected incident happening in less than 1K away of the most exquisite Freeport 10.
An Outcast, member of the 101st was attacked by a Dreadnought class vessel, which was identified as Kreuz, while it was inside the Freeport's no fire zone. I must add that the 101st in question was respecting the CoF laws adopted by Freeport 10 and that its attacker, to my surprise, was a fellow Outcast ship!
Hopefully, the Freeport took insignificant damage from the outburst, but, situation could have gone out of hand anytime. Normally, I wouldn't be pressing this matter so directly without receiving a complaint first but, the 101st asked me to take care of this apparently rogue commander, and I guess it's understandable for a zoner association in Tau-37 to pay attention to requests coming from the Outcasts, non?
Anyway, below I took the liberty of attaching a sensor print containing the incident. I hope it is enough for you to make a rightful decision. If not, I may acquire a testimony from the victim and gun cameras from him if necessary.
I'm afraid that the image that you have given me contains insufficient information for me to make a decision one way or the other about who is in the wrong or to corroborate your story apart from the fact that the ships mentioned were in fact present.
Perhaps Ms. John-Kane specifically if you are watching. I attach a report from one of our managers in Border World Exports about another Corsair warlord who thought he could fit on Freeport 1. I believe you know how to deal with them by now, so shall leave it to you.

Said warcraft did at about 1100 hours damage Port Talbot critically, whereupon the Armed Forces tried to cut their limbs. However, one of them managed to escape heavily damaged and successfully docked on Freeport 1 in order to repair his ship.
And since he did all this in front of my alert eyes - I felt forced to report this issue to you and ask if there's anything you can do to either restrict the ship's docking rights and/or release him to the Armed Forces.
My most sincere apologies for the lateness of my reply. I was struck ill and it appears that nobody was able to find the spare key to my office whilst I was convalescing. I am sorry to say that there is insufficient evidence of wrongdoing on part of the ship in question prior to him docking at the Freeport to find him guilty of any misconduct.
