I actually at one point moved to issue a gag order regarding the use of the term "Alaska" by ANY Liberty personnel except High Command. After 50 years, most people still don't know the actual name of Area 51 (my guess is with Groom Lake Air Force Base).

I'd say that the LSF would have interests there, and some of the more higher ranking personnel would have access (very high ranking, that is).

Only your char and a couple of other high-ranking ones need to know what the place is called.

Plus you can always go with the 'sorry mate, weapon malfunction' or 'sorry mate, didn't see you there...' or even 'huh? i didn't shoot you, nope not me, honest guv.'

Deny everything, it'll work, if they get too upset you can always order them outta NY or even liberty for being a traitor.

The Liberty forces restrict Zone 21 to their friends too. Even the police arent allowed in.

We wouldn't go there even if Chief himself ordered us to go there.
When we hear "Zone-21" it's like "*Shivering*".
And if we'd see a Nomad, i don't doubt that a heart attack would follow.
Too much sugar, I guess.

Anyway, be strict on Zone-21.
I would actually like to see SA camping there all the time. Not Manhatan and Fort Bush, leave that to LPI.

Go on and protect Zone-21, shoot on sight any non SA and LSF vessels.

Also, what i don't like about you Navy guys is that a lot of you think that you can order LPI around.
Now, yes, LPI isn't official yet, but in RP, we have an authority around Police bases (Manhatan, Fort Bush etc).
Now, if an SA guy is jamming the traffic by staying next to a Docking ring in his Gunboat, I may ask him to move to Newark.
What happens then? He tells me to buzz off, it's "Navy business".

Now now, if we respect your roleplay about Zone-21, you should respect our "parking rules" and such thingies.

Agreed with chopper... If unification of SA and USS takes place.. as 2nd/3rd in command in USS i will take care of guarding 24/7 issues of Z21...

There are many players that set up their chars and enter Z21 to cut time on their trip to Omicrons...

In my USS char i always ask permission to enter Z21, because it is restricted to all non SA/LSF personnel..
but as a part of Northern navy we can enter Z21 with such permission..

We need some Libetry law written both in SA and LSF factions threads on forum (should be pinned) so any player can read that... and there should be one or two points on how to deal with offenders in Z21 ....and most importantly that law should be enforced without exceptions..

LPI is from my point of view is official faction and their authority around ALL basses must be recognized...because they are Liberty police not Manhattan police or Fort Bush police.. their ZOI is Liberty..off course except Z21..

Also if someone holds contraband in its cargo hold LPI should act despite their "habit to eject first and ask questions later" *wipes tears*... No one can reject demand of LPI when asked to move his/her ship because it causes traffic jam

The most important thing is to establish chain of command when there is large number of players (LPI,SA,LSF) online at the same time and this chain of command should be posted on the forums too ...

Corsairs in Liberty aren't corsairs we all now... we can deal with them as we demonstrated them every time they entered Liberty... phew... rather a distraction then a threat... (off course it is totally ooRP to see them in Liberty)...
