Hello i administering freeport 101 in omega 15 sector and i noticed that mz deposit cash leaks out unexplainably.
I contacted zesterday one of admin team in game to check bank withdraws in last week and he hasnt found anything suspicious as my character Ted PRescot withdraw all cash only. I changed password yesterday and it is only one now in place.
there was about 80-100 millions n base and today i found 717k only! But most important i mined out some diamonds and part of diamonds were too gone and selling price is 3k . there should be some monez in base as base dont buy anything except BA for 750 and selling diamonds for 3k .
I deposited 20 million again but will not save anz big reserves from now. Can zou trace where are credits leaking ?? Something is puzzling me .
If you deposit goods on the base, it ''buys'' them with the money it has on it.

Have you checked your own ship cash balance when dropping commodities off at base, because if you've set a 3k price on them to buy for. The base will be buying them from you for 3k, or anyone else if not reached full stock limit allowed (base funds going down). But you should notice that because your ship funds would go up after selling them to base. You have to sell to base, then what base pays you - put that cash back in the base bank again. Otherwise the base will never make anything from them, keeps buying for 3k and sells again for same 3k (no profit gets made).
Add to that bases use certain commodities to do repairs and keep it running dropped off, so base ends up losing money if you're not mining or dropping off other commodities "for free" listed for sale at a price, and ones that the base doesn't need itself.
You also say you buy BA that base uses up. Have you checked stock limit on how much is listed on base? Also, have you put a stock limit in place on BA, how much of the stuff can be sold to base? If you've not set a stock limit, you could have somebody selling tons of BA to base none stop, why all your funds are gone. I'd check how much BA is currently listed on base, and if you have it limit capped. That could explain things. People selling BA to base, so cash always going down and base is using BA up. And people buying diamonds for 3k sending that stock limit down also.
Other than that, sounds like you might have a another player who somehow has base access to login and change things. Seems odd base leaking cash and commodities away, never heard that one before. Have you checked base to see if any other accounts are listed apart from your own. Somebody could have got your admin password before and then created another base account using it - one your not aware exist. You should check base to see if any others do, that you didn't add?

i changed it yesterday . And there is only one in existence. No one . but it happen today again !
I had in base some diamonds and i see someone bought it cause i have less so i should get money instead of leak out.
I put base docking mode on half restricted and wiped docking licenses for non tagged ships except mine as some preemtive measures. Will see tommorow what will happen. If it continue i will close base fully except several RP tranports which i associate with.
there is one issue. I am not founder of the base! Original founder left me to manage it, but as admin i wiped all previous passwords. IS there some meta password and when you build base does it count in your account as character ? Maybe there are some clues.
and yea i maintain that base for 6 months , i am pretty well accustomed about base mechanics. this havent happened ever before. no chance that i misplaced prices or supplies.
There is a basebuilder master-pw that is created when you deploy the base.
You likely have a secondary Pw. So very likely the builder is taking your funds. There is nothing you can do about it because he can grant himself docking access and has full command of the base settings.
@Jack: Wait, afaik you can only wipe out or change secondary passwords with the master password, as that is needed. Correct me if I am wrong.
So, how was djordje able to change passwords without masterpassword then?
