General Garcia looked at the recruit and motioned for him to sit down.
"Of course you're here for recruitment." he said plainly. "That much is obvious, but what I want to know is why?" he paused for a brief moment before continuing. "What makes you think you have what it takes to join the SCRA?"
*General Garcia asks Alex why he wants to be here*
Hmmm, have what it takes....I think I do, when I met one of the Coalition pilots, he said I seem like most the pilots in the Coalition. I am here because I like what the Coalition do, and not the lies they tell about them. Fighting for the Coalition is something I want to do.
Well, when I was in school studying, I learned that the SCRA were terrorists killing innocent people. That is clearly not what they do. I have read, about the real Coalition, and what they do. Liberate the people of the houses of sirius of their corrupt government, stop the slavery and drug smuggling, and put a end to Pirate all over sirius. I am here for one prupose to join the SCRA, to stop the corrupt government. I also know you are a Elite Military Group and a Revolutionary Front. I like what you do, and I wanna help the SCRA.
General Garcia reaches into his desk and retrieves his pistol. He casually puts it on the table while eyeing the recruit.
"We are killers." he begins "Every single one of us." he pauses for a moment to let it sink into the recruit.
"We are not murderers however. We do not kill because we want to, only because we have to. There are elements in every house that oppose us. What we cannot accomplish through diplomacy, we must accomplish by force. We must sweep away the Military and the Police who would like nothing more than to silence us. We sweep away the corporate masters that hold the government as puppets, to the detriment of the people." he stops for a moment before continuing.
"The Traders of each corporation are indirectly aiding their masters to perpetuate the injustice and oppression felt by the people. Why do we not simply destroy the traders of the corporations?"
*Alex listened carefully to General Garcias reply. General Garcia asks Alex why Coalition wouldn't attack the traders of corporations*
They are innocent civilians, so civilians are in the corporations, and the corportions are ruled over the corrput governments Coalition are attacking. So Coalition wouldn't attack the civilians that work for the corporations, because they are just workers and not the corporation itself.
*Alex waits to either his death, or him being accreted as a recruit*
A somewhat burly man, roughly six feet tall with pale skin and short light brown hair, walks into the lobby of the recruitment office. He coughs and steps up to the secretary's desk. He smiles sweetly.
"I come to join Coalition Army," he says with a thick, friendly accent. "I am here to serve people of Coalition. Is my duty."
General Garcia finally smiles at the recruit for the first time during the interview process.
"Good, so you understand that the workers are simply victims of the system that is designed to oppress them. The SCRA cannot and will not allow itself to blame and persecute those who have no choice but to conform to their society in order to survive. It is their leadership and their social structure that we fight."
He pauses for a while and then looks Alex in the eyes.
"I said before that we are killers. Are you willing to kill for the SCRA and its ideals?"
