Let's not make people see drugs as a solution to their problems, aye? I know from my own experience that drugs provide a TEMPORARY relief but they frack you up even worse once the effects are done. (Yes, I actually just said that drugs are bad)
Back on topic, if you're feeling depressed go for a run, this releases dopamine into your brain taking your depression away for a while.
Edit: Seriously, be it day be it night, go for a run, it worked for me.
Or if your neighborhood is likely to rape you if you go outside:
Pushups, sit ups, and squats. Twenty or more depending on your fitness. Do them all in a succession with no breaks, they work different muscles, so you should be able to do them all in around 5 minutes.

I don't know, a little smokey smoke in moderation never hurt anyone, except the refrigerators of millions Americans every year.
Not saying that everyone should smoke pot, but I mean if the revered Rick Steve's from Rick Steve's European Travel does it, it can't be all that bad.
