1. Faction
The loyalist to the Tsuzumi Mori, the last member of the honorable Mori Family, who got murdered by unknown forces (preferably those were Kempentai secret service), whose goal was to destroy every clan that was pro-Imperialist. After change in Kusari, seeing no other place Tsuzumi Mori and his loyalists settled in Blood Dragon space, due to the range and close proximity to their homeworld.
