Shortly after planetfall, the Planners decided to restore the title of Emperor as the leader of the Kusari government after centuries of figurehead status. Strong and absolute leadership was needed to rebuild their civilization. The political maneuvering was intense. There were two rivals - Masamune Samura and Yosai Hideyoshi. Ultimately, Hideyoshi won. As a compromise, Samura was offered the presidency of the corporation that would rebuild the industrial might of the Kusari people from scratch. Over the next several centuries, Samura expanded its gas mining operations throughout Kusari space, began regular trading with the other houses, and perfected the construction of polymer hull panels and shielding. Samura's contracts to construct ships for the Kusari Military remain highly lucrative, while its commercial transports almost entirely dominate that sector. Throughout its history, Samura Heavy Industries has exhibited many of the traits of its founder: methodical, implacable, slow to change, quick to anger.

Employment/Experience: I spent a brief period as a ship mechanic for Deep Space Engineering on Baltimore Shipyard. I am currently working for Detroit Munitions as a contract freighter, I mainly run small arms and oxygen between Detroit and Harrisburg Station. I see combat very often due to my route running through the Badlands but rarely do I fire on enemy ship due to company protocol on self defense.
Background and Reasoning for applying: I was born on Planent New Tokyo but my famliy moved to Planet New York because of my father getting a job at Deep Space Engineering. I didn't see eye to eye with him on the path that had been laid before me so I quit my job at Deep Space and joined Detroit Munitions however I would like to broaden my horizons and also go back to my roots and be a part of what is happening in Kursai and Samaru seems like the best place to start.

Whatever trading my family managed to do we were always disrupted by pirates and we simply could not afford escorts. I knew that this wasn't the life for me, things were not going to get better, so I looked up for the mighty Samura and hopefully one day I can make a name for myself there.
I apologize for this delay, apparently the people usually handling paperwork must be vacationing on beautiful Tomioka, a perk of being a Samura employee.
Those pirates are vicious, always destroying ships and the like! You sound well trained already, which I feel would be a good thing for Samura, so you're definitely hired.

Hanada Tanaka strolls into the an office one day in the middle of the summer heat wave. All he wanted was some air conditioning! The sun outside was killing him. As he looked around, he saw dozens of men and women waiting in line in an orderly fashion.
In the elevator across the room, 9 people stood together in a box formation as the door opened. They walked into the elevator in a disciplined manner, all of whom were equidistant to the person next to them. It was as if they were part of a corporate army of office workers.
Tanaka did not realise he was in a line, and that he was next. A judgemental man sitting on the desk on the opposite side looked at him scornfully, waiting for him to turn in his application. "Well, do you have it?" "Have what?" "The application!", Sigh, another one trying to avoid the heat wave. I graduated out of high school and joined the KNF immediately. It was around the time of the Gallic Royal Navy's strike. The KNF needed new pilots and had great signing bonus's and my parents had debt to pay, so I honoured my family and joined. My contract is up now, I've learned how to fly a fighter and have one years worth of experience in flying one.
I know flying a fighter and flying a cargo ship is completely different, for one, fighters have one or two engines, cargo ships have many more than that. But I've made it through the military, and I honestly know, not think, know that I can learn to pilot a cargo ship in a short time.
Furthermore, my experience in the naval forces might help if my ship and its crew come across any pirates, we learned some crazy maneuvers in flight school. So theres a good chance you'll have to pay less to pirates with me around!

Sen was a little shy kid , he had a dad who served the Kusari Forces , and he saw his dad go through some really tough stuff , from that he always grow up considering in being like his dad , which he did .. he got raided by some Kusari Pirates , he defended his mother , which who was living with him at the time his dad was away , he gave it all he had , luckily he survived and to this day , he tells the story of it , rich family.

I have been in the employ of 2 major Rheinland Companies, Kruger and Daumann construction. Usually as a forward miner to help fill transports and if needed in cases of defense I was resigned to escort wings.

I was born on planet New Toyko in 795AS, I pretty much lived a normal childhood life. But during the war with house Bretonia the economic situation for a young pilot such as myself were in a sort of dire position. Economic jobs and production because of the war lowered my chances of not getting a good paying job, and even possibly being forced into service of the Navy. So I flew of to Rheinland in hopes for better economic future. Things were well for the time being, but as always things change. And now with the war over I have decided to return to my homeland to see I can possibly have a chance of getting some job that is more then enough to help keep me afloat.
It is unfortunate to hear about your past economic troubles, though surely Samura will be able to turn that run of bad luck around. Having experience is good, especially given the recent boom in resource exploitation we have been undertaking.
