I was about to tell you that I know absolutely nothing about this. While it is true that I still do not know much about this I realize that I do actually know the captain of that vessel. I wonder if you might have any more information about the circumstances here. I'll explain. We do a lot of work in the border worlds and the Zoners have been very good to us and saved my people on a number of occasions. Many of my people would have serous trouble turning a ship like that away if they had some kind of emergency on board or needed help. However, if the captain simply thought it would be fun to show his hind parts to the navy and then go hide at a Junker base that's different and it would definitely earn him a slap from me.

Arbiter Jack Crow;
The Captain seems to have a grudge against the Liberty Navy. In this incident, it undocked from Beaumont to protect the location of a base in the Texas system, one being supplied by the AGS and the Rogues you saw us fighting later on. The Liberty Assault Battlecruiser in question was tracking a mastodon transport, which docked on Beaumont, and then out popped that Juggernaught.
Taking it off your ship register should be easy, since it's not a Zoner ship, but an IMG one. I know, I was surprised as well. I don't think you owe them anything, Jack.

Well, with the ship and the base destroyed you seem to have solved all my problems for me. I don't think we'll be seeing them around any time soon.
Today while on patrol through New London, I encountered a pirate in a Prison Liner. Working with other law enforcement in the area, we closed off the exits and moved to make an arrest. At this point he decided he would rather dock on Trafalgar, and amazingly your base personnel allowed him to do so, even with my cruiser plainly pursuing him.
Please explain why your base granted docking permissions to a fugitive being plainly pursued, and what you plan to do about it.
I really do not want to add your base to my patrol routes, since it is irritating to fly through the debris field which puts me on short temper.

I can't say for sure, but from what you have provided me it looks like they allowed him to dock because no one told them not to do so. I wouldn't worry about it too terribly. He won't be doing it again.

Greetings, Junkers.
While it's been a while since this direct channel has been used, it's easier to address matters here than via individual communications which might get otherwise lost.
The first matter is a Liberty Rogue docking on your Rochester facility. Despite his clear intoxication when it came to counting our forces, I don't think either you or ourselves appreciate having this kind of scum making a habit of taking refuge on your station.
Second, one of my Liberty Logistic Service vessels chased an Outcast bearing Cardamine to your Rochester facility. We'd definitely appreciate him not being welcomed back with open arms in the future.

Greetings, Junkers.
Just checking back with you on my previous report. It's been nearly a week without even a solid "we'll deal with it" from anyone. I hope that this channel remails a valid means of dealing with troublesome elements we both don't want around and that I'll hear back from someone in authority soon.

To whomever is in charge.
It's been some time since I've last attempted any communications on this channel, so it's entirely possible that this may get directed straight to the void, but I'm hoping that there's someone who still receives and responds to these reports. That's what I'm here to find out, anyway.
I'm told that things have changed in the past few years and the Junker's Congress can be relied upon to assist with maintaining the security of Liberty. I would very much like to believe that. If this is still in fact a valid means of relaying reports concerning incidents involving your facilities then I would appreciate a response indicating that. There are several outstanding incidents to be dealt with, and I'm willing to bet that other branches of the Forces of Liberty will be thrilled to realize they can rely upon the Junker's Congress in dealing with such matters swiftly and with little fuss.
I look forward to seeing what kind of response you yield.
Admiral Polstari, over time the Junker Congress has had to change leadership several times. Somewhere along the line this channel was lost to us. Thank you for bringing it to our attention once again. If you would be so kind, could you spread this throughout Liberty's Forces again. This makes things much simpler. What service can the Junker Congress provide for you?.:Transmission Terminated:.
