Kamal Khan was sitting with other recruits, in the transport ship that moved to Boa Vista Station to the Coalition Recruitment offices. Trip was boring, but thoughts about future made it past fast. When transport arrived, one of local officers lead group to the main hall of the Coalition part of station. Khan went to secretar desk and took a paper from Alicia. He took a seat and filled main information about himself.

Biography: I was Born on Planet Volgogard. My father was an SCRA pilot. I lived a simple life as a young child. When I reached age of maturity, I completed my combat train with very good makrs in the Coalition War Academy. That was golden peroid of my Life. My father died in a fight against Corsairs, while defending our motherland. I worked hard on my piloitng skill every day, laerning new tatics. When I though that my skills was high enough to serve in the army, I decided to apply to the SCRA, rather then Militsia.
After Khan finished with papers, he gave them to Alicia and took a seat nearby, awaiting for commissar to come.
Dmitry Dubovik has finished testing out new ships that has been made by Xioa Bei - the Coalition scientist. Fighters, Bombers, Gunboats and Cruisers, theirs systems, weapons, armor and electronics was tested, scanned, fielded in space and used against Royalists and Corsairs. Dubovik was more then enough pleased with them and with good mood went into Boa Vista. There he saw new transport of fresh blood for the SCRA. With happy smile on his face he proceeded into Coalition block.
Dmitry went into main hall and saw around ten recruits standing by. He came to Alicia and asked is there any of those for the SCRA. She nodded and pointed at Khan. Dmitry took his papers, read them, slightly smiled and came close to recruit.
Privet, comrade Kamal. I am Dmitry Dubovik - Field Marshal and first in Command of the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army. I will be your Commissar today. Stand up and follow me into the office. Dmitry and Kamal entered usual office, where was one huge window, table, commissar chair and recruit chair, plus some posters and banners of the Coalition on walls. Dmitry took a seat and pointed to the chair for Khan. Take a seat, comrade. Tell me, what brought you here? Was it loyalty to the motherland? Wish to have a revenge for your father? Propoganda you heard on radio or the TV? Or maybe it was simple curiosity?
Dubovik lighted a cigarette and took slow breath. He enjoyed his smoke while waiting for recruit to collect his thoughs and answer.
Loyalty changes. People betray their nations and abandon them. They go rogue or revolutionaires. They join pirates and terrorists and kill own people. Why can I be sure that you will not betray us? That you will not join some mercenary group and hunt us for money?
Dubovik took another breath of smoke and looked vigilantly at Khan.
Khan Took a deep breath again He looked down and then upward and Started saying
Sir, I was born on this land and I sweared that I will rpotect it even there will be a drop of blood in my body. I promised to my mother that her son Kamal Khan will be protecting his fatherland at all costs. I promised to my father that I will never let him down. I will never change. A son of Coalition cannot kill his own motherland.
A promise to own parents... The man who brokes that deserve nothing but slow death from lack of water and food, or radiation poisoning on the surface of JiangXi. I will believe you for now. But loyalty is not enough to get into my army. You need to show skills, knowlege of Revolution goals, understanding of who is your enemy and and who is friend, and willing to obey orders of your commanders. I will check your skills in space simulator later, if you will pass. Willing to obey orders can be done on testing patrols. As for rest..
Say to me, who is our allies in space, who we help and who help us? Who is our main targets for destruction? And who we will protect from capitalists?
Dubovik took another breath of smoke and looked vigilantly at Khan.
Khan carefuly listen to Commissar and started saying:
Sir, we help our allies and thy help us too. We help Mollys on Bretonia Borders. And we assist LWB and Bundschuh within Rheiland. And we assist Red Hessains within Omegas.
As for enemies... We attack Allianced based Houses to unite Sirius into single socialist House, to Liberate the People of Sirius, who we protect, from their corrupt and exploitative government.
Khan looking at Commissar to reply.
Good. At least you know basic enemies and friends. Not everyone who was in that office was as smart to name LWB or Mollys. And yes, you are correct. The so called Houses nothing but greedy dictators who push their people around. Rheinland sold itself. Liberty washes brain of its people with lies about democracy. Kusari sleeps with Gallia now. Bretonia just as same as always was, even if needs our aid sometimes. And Gallia just all the evil of royalists - brainless wish to conquer everything in the name of the king.
And there is barely anyone else who common Civilians can rely on exept for Revolutionary groups and the Coalition itself. Speaking of Revolution. I bet you know about it, since you said about liberation of the people. Just one more thing I want to hear from you. Ever heard about Outcasts? Do you know what threat and what evil they bring to Sirius and what Coalition statement on them?
Dubovik a final breath of smoke and threw cigar to trash can.
Khan thought abit then said:
Yes, sir, I heared about outcasts. They are pirates. They are Carmadine suppliers.They are speareding their dirty Carmadine to whole Sirius.The threat is that Carmadine is injuries to our People health and way of think we should stop it and The Great Coalition want to crush that Outcasts before they create serious problems to people of Sirius.
Dmitry opened a shell on his table and got some papers from it.
Yes, the cardamine threat is serious. It kills people and gives recources to outcasts. We must remove them from face of Sirius once and for all. They not just pirates and smugglers however. Did you know that they use slaves? They capture innocent civilians on their raids and force them to work for outcasts. They threat them with death and pollute them with cardamine. I am sure things like that makes your blood hot and you want to punish them for it. Soon you might have a chance.
Well, you showed pretty impressive knowlege of things as a rookie. You was honest, clever and loyal to your motherland. I like that. Lets consider that you passed first of three parts of joining the SCRA. Yea, thats right, there is two more. Here is second one. Fill that and give to me. Also if you have any questions ask them now, because after you start write, I am deaf untill you handle over papers.
