I like how Chief's armor is like.. body temperature when he's running through the cold forest through water and what not. Pretty sure the metal on that would at least be a little colder. Unless he's got a furnace under that thing.

He's an 8 foot tall superhuman with hyper enhanced reflexes and metabolism.
But to say it's a furnace, eh, not so much.
Metal does heat up in direct sunlight though, weather permitting. And body temperature is transmitted to metal, but yeah super-advanced powersuit.
