First off I do not know where to post this tread so I did here, I apologize if I was wrong.
Now to the business, I am asking U to consider enlargement of those big Transports and Trains.
Why ?
Simply because Logic demands it.
As I spent many hours transporting goods I found that ship sizes do not reveal its hauling potential, as for example Border World Transport can carry ~3300k cargo for its size Akegata has 4200 cargo space, and Akegata has containers that are slightly smaller than Border World Transport as a ship.
I hope U understand my point and discussing path.
I only would like to see that if container of Akegata is roughly a size of BWT its hauling cargo space should be lets say 3000 x 6 = 18000 cargo space as Akegata has 6 containers.
Same goes for other transports, they would be re balanced in some way if they get adequate cargo holds.
I want psuedo barges. Transports with 10-15k holds, only flyable via the largest coorp IDs. The ships handle like a barge, do not have guns or thrusters or cruise engine capabilities, which would make them unusable without trade lanes.

Balance supercedes inductive logic in many cases. This is because there are more elements to transport balance than just the size of the ship model and the size of the cargo hold. Additionally, it is current policy not to make any ships with a cargo hold greater than 5000 units; this is an arbitrary limit that has been set in order to keep economy balance manageable.

In short, cargo holds are caped at 5k because Game could not handle or will get unstable to undergo massive transactions that would occur if ship could carry lets say 15k of cargo ?
My understanding of it any ways.
Can you tell us, is there any way U would consider testing this cargo enlargement in near future ?
Maybe to create separate server only for this purpose to avoid crashing and provide people with regular game as well ?

No, it's not a technical limitation with the game engine at all. "... this is an arbitrary limit that has been set in order to keep economy balance manageable." In even simpler words, it's because it's easier for the developers to calculate balance at that limit.
Regardless of what the current transport ship cargo limit is, there have always been players asking to for a larger transport. This has to stop at some point, and the Developers have decided that 5k is that point.
The only way to change this would be to revamp the entire game economy from scratch - not just trading, but literally every single item and price in the game, as well as quantifying the value of various player activities. In otherwords, a pure realism approach. However, that would be an absolutely gargantuan task, and not one the Dev team is capable of doing; and is arguably not as valuable for the mod's longevity as other gameplay changes that could occur.
No, it's just that balancing the economy becomes extremely difficult with too large cargo holds.
Note, economy balance means ensuring that small freighters earn enough money without the large ones getting over-paid. Having huge cargo sizes mean the price of the good has to go down or too high earnings will occur. Then the small freighters are left with cheap cargo that earns miserably, meaning it is highly difficult to progress.
What's the problem with big haulers earning a crap ton of money? Activity. Earn too much and the incentive to fly is gone. Without traders, there will be no pirates, without pirates, no lawfuls get action. So really, traders are the backbone of server activity. Messing with the economy can have dire effects on activity.
It is quite unlikely that cargo limits will be increased any time soon, so don't bank on it.
The economy is balanced on the maximum of 5K cargo for any one transport (per indication by Xoria who designed the economy). The barge is a special case, and once it's ability to be jumped is gone won't mess this up anymore (it's meant as a mobile storage platform, not a hauler). So if anything, the smaller ships need their cargo capacity reduced, not the bigger ones their capacity increased. But there's already few folk flying those, so I'm not in favor of that personally.

It'd be nice if the freighters were upped to a range of 750-1000 cargo space though.
And the small transports would be upped a bit as well, respective to that.
Especially the Gull (-> 1.5k) and Albatross (-> 3k)
Just putting that out there, considering how the original poster's idea is waaaaay too much unless cargo prices (and pay) are reduced to 1/10th.
