Yeah they just moved it from where they used to be.
Marauder used to -only- be at porto novo (even though it was supposed to be a somewhat common civilian fighter?)

And for the off-topic..
A lot of the names are silly, though for other reasons. Especially if they're rednecks, or a local equivallent.
