Gotta say, it was sad only I and Manolo.Feliz were there to defend Etna base against 4-5 Outcast fighters and 1 Dessy. But I -was- surprised how long I managed to last until the last moment, hahah.
Just wished the Corsair side had more numbers. Oh well.
Kudos to the pilot of Manolo.Feliz, for letting me share some tequilas outside Etna!
Kudos to the Outcast Dessy, for being a crack pilot at dodging my TORPEDOES!!!
Tell you what Sairs,...
...that's been the last time we tried to interact with you in terms of actually caring to try set up an event that involves you. And next time we see you in space, you can count on Ghosts to turn around and letting you rot alone in space.
Can't care to leave a post that you won't show up to the event you've enlisted to.
If you don't want to have events happen to you, then don't enlist.
Everyone can suddenly be needed otherwise, but leaving a short message isn't that hard.
But when we're then on a run to Gamma as there's nothing else to do ingame with you and we'd want to at least have logged for some fun venture, you suddenly can show up.
And those that enlisted, but haven't been around in time, and didn't left a note neither, could then log their ships to defend Gamma. Shows you could have had time, but didn't wanted to partake in something set up. Or you could just not be bothered to fly somewhere else for any interaction, as you could log once the action came to your front door.
And when the Coalition arrives, you're even after our proposal to show them the exit, still on us. Which is alright ofc,... I hope they got you all down.
I do wish, quite honestly, that you'll fall under the activity radar and die out as factions, to put it really nicely.
But: Why didn't you contact some on the Sair side?
Events only work when you have announcements on Skype that remind people. There was nothing on any Sair channel. And you can't tell me that you do not have the Skype addy of any Sair player that you could bug and remind.
If I do not hear anything from the other side 1h before the event starts, I already start bugging 1st ICs and then 2nd ICs, etc...
Undeniably, the mistake is on the Sair side. You could have interfered by using some Skype contacts and it would have worked, likely... because it almost always works like that.
My apologies for appearing too late (was stuck in the Magellan brawl and lost count of time).

It's all about leaders issue. It was only my fault this time. Sorry. I didn't have backup plan. Please don't be so hard to Corsair players. They wanna play, but somehow need to be pushed to (bugging by skype, like you call it). I'm not good in that.
Don't let Corsairs bad luck with leaders make you turn around and let them rot. They are nice dudes. They wouldn't do it to you and you know it.
No worries. Sounds harsher as I'll at some later point deal with such situations. Both sides made their mistakes, and we now know what to have a closer look at the next time.
