Simply put, this thread is opened for people looking for an NPC faction to base themselves around. As quoted by Summer, these are currently the factions that are NPC based and not official... yet. Bolded indicates a topic with no unofficial faction either recently known or active at all.

Since I posted, there's been a Planetform initiative (it's funny because that's the name of the section I linked in my post in that thread) of sorts by Tibbles.
Updated to directly quote "no unofficial faction either recently known or active at all, that I know of." And changed the Planetform faction to unbolded as a cause of this..

The Maquis and Brigands each had a small showing in the past but nothing that lasted. It's a shame, really, since it could make things so interesting. Fighting the Royals, assisting Bretonia and the Brigands even trafficking cardi into Gallia.

I did see some Corse the other day.
I would be happy to assist anyone attempting to make a Gallic faction. It would be fun to have some more role play interactions when flying about Gallia. Also, some of the finer details can be a bit confusing, like for example which of the quasi-/unlawfuls is actually a supporter Outcasts/Cardamine.
"You see what your knowledge tells you you're seeing. ... how, what you think the universe is, and how you react to that in everything you do, depends on what you know. And when that knowledge changes, for you, the universe changes. And that is as true for the whole of society as that is for the individual. We all are what we know, today. What we knew yesterday, was different; and so were we."

Gallic Brigands enjoy the cardi trade. It was a large boost to their economy when Gallia opened their doors.
Corse? Not so much. They have their own addictive drug (Nox) which they like to sell. Cardi is competition.
Maquis hate everything.
Gallic Junkers are an unoriginal generic faction, so who knows. I doubt they care for the stuff.
There was once this, which I believe is a good idea, but I don't know if anything of it happened besides me using ++|FdL- tags on my Maquis ships. If anybody wants to join the Maquis fun, and within it, the Feu-de-Lys Maquis Cell to burn some Royal Pigs with no mercy, feel free to PM me.
