I had it for a little while, but figured it was forum instability, as, let's be honest, discovery's never been the most reliable for up-times. (Not a complaint, just sayin') But it's all stopped a day or two ago. *shrug*
If it helps, I didn't do anything different at all except turn the PC on/off as usual, so I doubt it's an end-user issue.
