To whom it may concern,
This is Cerulean of the Reaver Mercenary Company. I'm sure you've heard of us, and as such I'll skip any unneeded introductions and get straight to the point.
A couple years back, one of our pilots - Copper, if I'm not mistaken - was given permission to fly three bombers of your make: two Bergelmirs, and one Fafnir. It's been a while now since Copper last flew for the Company, and thus, his bombers have spent the last few years in hangar bays, never launching to space or undergoing maintenance.
Logically, this has resulted in a few issues. The lack of maintenance hasn't done the bombers any good. I'm not sure whether their power cores can even handle being fired up at this point. I'd prefer not to try either.
Equally - if not more - importantly, they haven't received the various upgrades that bombers in service would've likely received ever since Copper stopped flying them. After all, technology never ceases to advance, and military technology tends to do so at a very fast pace - especially in times of war.
I'm sending you this transmission as you have the expertise required to bring these bombers up to today's standards. The BDM has, as part of an agreement with us, granted me permission to send this communication. There's no need to worry about this request's legality.
Hopefully we'll get these war machines up and running again with your help.

Good day herr "Cerulean",
We will be glad to assist your organization in the retrofitting of the bombers, if the last time this bomber was flown was years ago, then indeed it requires some deep maintenance work. We will let our maintenance workers know about the situation and ready docking bay for you.
Herr Guttool form maintenance told me it's a wise decission to not just fire up the engines if it has been shutdown for too long, as there could be "certain leakage". Please ask a technician to check it out first, the last thing we'd want is Cerulean changing to Glowing Green.

Miss Richter,
It's good to hear from you so quickly. Now, there's one problem left that needs solving. These bombers aren't going anywhere on their own without a functioning power core. Could you arrange transport for them? I'm afraid the Company's never been much into the transportation business.
If monetary compensation is required, name a price and account and I'll wire it over.

Guten tag!
My name is Astrid Fischer from customer service! I will be handling your shipping and maintenance order.
Our company charges shipping depending on the location of the spacecraft and the security needed or requested by the client. In the case of the spacecraft located in house space, our rates is of 1 million credits per spacecraft up to heavy bomber size. Please take into account that due to ongoing conflict with Liberty, our transport fleet can't go into their space, but we can go to the surrounding borderworld systems, with and additional cost of 1 million credits due to extra security.
If your spacecraft is located in non house space, including the borderworlds, we charge 2 million credits per spacecraft, plus an additional fee for escort services as requested or deemed necessary. The client may also provide his own escort wing instead of corporate security, however take note that without corporate security no insurance is provided in the case of piracy.
Let us know the location and serial number of your spacecraft to arrange transportation as soon as possible. Retrofitting rates vary depending on the required maintenance on the ship to ensure safe operation, and any available upgrades(optional).
Payment can be done after the maintenance and retrofitting process is complete.

Miss Fischer,
The bombers are stored in three neighboring hangars on Barrier Gate, Coronado: r128a, r128b and r128c - the former two are where the Bergelmirs are stored, the latter holds the Fafnir. It should be trivial to reach the system itself through the Omega and Bretonian systems.
I'm afraid I can't supply you with any serial numbers. The Buro - understandably - prefers not to leave anything that can be used to trace the bombers back to them.
If you deem an escort necessary, we can spare one or two of our pilots. That should be more than sufficient to keep any pirates at bay. All I need is a location, date and time.
Due to certain logistical changes I'll be handling the final details of the retrofit on behalf of Cerulean. Just Mach will do perfectly for pleasantaries. Now after reading up on my colleagues' notes I understand that all that's needed is final coordination for the journey to Barrier Gate . . . excuse me a moment"
Disappearing from view the figure formerly at the comm flicks out of view of the camera. This is shortly followed by a roaring, then hissing sound. Reappearing as quickly as he left he then says
"Where was I, oh, yes, coordinating. I do need to check as to the agreed upon date and time of the trip that requires support as, unfortunately, those details are missing from the information available to me. If that could be reconfirmed the support agreed on will be in place accordingly. Sorry, many things, little time . . . One moment."
Flitting from view again the man is once again replaced by noises. Clangs, bangs and boings echo around the repair bay. Shortly followed by a cracking sound, more roaring, a muffled "Woah! Easy now!", another hissing and, finally, the man instantly being back within the camera's view.
"There we are. Now. From what I can see there has been a major depolarisation issue that could be the cause of most of the problems and, without additional protection, could spread to other nearby ships. Theoretically. I'm setting up a little containment unit that'll spread some minor ionic interference keeping it safe for now. Only thing is, to allow any works to continue I'll probably need to switch it off considering the phase that . . . Never mind. I just should say if we can alter the flightplan to dock at an alternate gate to be double super safety sure. One more moment."
With a flash a suitcase sized device appears on screen, readouts blipping. A voice behind it then says
"So, as you can see this dampening field shouldn't cause any further bother to these models whilst negating the depolarising effect. In fact I'm certai- Nothing. Never mind. In conclusion, state the date and time that's most convenient, support will be present, possible depolarisation, under control. Many thanks in advance."
