I think the Crane's cargo space should be lowered to the standard large transport size (4200), so the factions with 4300 cargo limitation could use it as an alternative to the other ships. All other civilian large transports have <4300 hold, and they can be used with IDs limited to 4300.
It just does not make sense that the generic civilian large transport canot be used with those IDs, while specialized ones can be.
OR
Add this ship as an exception to the cargo limitation of these IDs.
If your talking add it to the Freelancer and Junker ID's then I 100% approve of this as they would be a fitting alternative to Ptrains ( expecially for freelancer's considering Liberty is the only house were Ptrains are "Illegal" last I checked)
Edit: I only use the Fl/Junker Id because they were the first to come to mind
Yes FL and Junker, but it might be an alternative for IMG for example, and other factions, too. I don't know actually which factions are limited to 4300 cargo. And it might be an alternative for unlawfuls, too, if they have 4300 limitation.

Ah alright, Yeah Hessians are there Which stumps me seeing as Last I checked they are supposed to be Competing with the Sairs or something like that, Hessians Lost there 5k Rights >_> Im rather dissapointed.
Mod balance section, I think.
Also, I like this idea. Civilian tech should be available for most quasi-lawfull and even unlawfull factions. And, those ships has no affilation, so noone should be saing: It's our property, noone gona have it!
