Hello Raiders, or Natio. Honestly, I'm not sure what your title is for this business

I heard that you had land for sale on New Westminster. I'm more than interested, mainly because I need a new place to live. I hope you don't mind, but I did a bit of searching and found an island south of New Vancouver that didn't seem to have anything on it. I checked your maps of the planet, and it looks like it's called Aldergrove. I would love to buy a plot of land on this island, or maybe the entire island if that's alright.

So please let me know if we can work something out

Unfortunately due to price and legal concerns, we do not sell large chunks of land to individual civilians, but rather to corporations who intend to develop and investors. Not only that, but Aldergrove is in what we have classified a heat zone -- temperatures range from 24 degrees celsius in the winter to seventy-five in the summer.

However, we would be happy to offer land at a discounted rate just outside of the land for the City of New Vancouver. Generally we sell for one hundred thousand credits per square kilometre but we'd be willing to drop that price to fifty thousand if you only intend to purchase less than a thousand hectares.

Aw man, that's too bad. I was really hoping to set up a residential area for myself and my crew, maybe even establish a town if enough people wanted to move in.

In that case, can I buy 150sqkm outside of New Vancouver? That should be enough for about 200 people, shouldn't it?

Sounds great Miss Rey, I've already sent the credits. And thanks for the discount, that's more money I can put towards development.

As for my other request, I want to make sure that there isn't a problem with one of my ships. I have a Rheinland Military Bomber, a Bergelmir. Although calling it a Rheinland Military ship is doing it an injustice, since it's mostly stuffed full of Junker parts and rebuilt by the VWA. I know that the Natio, and especially the Raiders, have a problem with Rheinland. Mainly I just want to fly the ship back and forth from New Westminster and wherever my travels take me outside of the Natio, but if you would have me, I could use it to help out whenever I'm needed. Just something to think about.
