I believe you already have us on file for our Tau license. Speaking of which, for the sake of simplified paperowrk, I've also transferred the fee to update that license so they are both updated at the same time in the future.
Although the Fall of Leeds and slowing of operations on Harris has drastically reduced our traffic heading through Bretonia to the Taus, we still wish to have ourselves covered to cross the new embargo line.
You will find the required fee attached to this message:
Until next time,
Claire Owens
Mr. Lefevre,
Bretonia and the Gallic Council have had an amicable relationship since their contact, despite the circumstances surrounding it of course.
Your request for both licences has been approved and you are now cleared to move these goods through Bretonia for your own purposes. In addition, should you be able to help move goods to Bretonian outposts do not hesitate to do so.
The position of the Council was kept in mind when redrawing the embargo lines, and given your main route into Roussillon could have been affected you are indeed cleared for a permanent Tau Trading Licence.
A personal recommendation: as always, medical experiments should not be taken lightly; my advice would be to consult Cryer on any matters involving Stabiline.
Mr. Harrison,
The IND are obviously quite well known by their reputation, and it is simple enough to renew your licences as well as grant you a Medical Licence.
Mr. Escher,
I'm not sure if you mean that the Raiders are missing from our lists, although I do appear to have forgotten to include your fellow Octavarian affiliates: ADS. I have included all relevant licences in our databases now, and upgraded their placeholder form to the full version with the new restrictions.
Since there were still two months remaining on your now-renewed Tau Licence, I have issued seven month licences to the Vagrant Raiders instead of the usual six. Do be mindful in future to include timestamps with your receipts, it smooths the process of approval without our accounting being required to check the Treasury records.
Mrs. Owens,
Your renewal is simple enough, thankfully without the same problems as the last time *ahem* The Guild is now exempt from the Tau Tax for the next six months.
To: Administration of the Bretonian Restricted Goods Licensing office RE: Military Material Licensing
I am writing to you today to obtain permissions and the Military Material Licensing to begin transportation of Military hardware into Bretonian space.
With many of our transports entering Bretonian space empty, and our sister corportaion, Ageira being the sole producer of light arms in Liberty, Deep Space Engineering believes we will be able to assist in a steady supply of military materials under the gauze of a trading corporation.
I have transferred the funds to the appropriate account and have attached a receipt below.
I am writing to request the following permission: Nomad Biomatter, Equipment and Weapons License (N-BEW License)
We would like to obtain this license to be able to ship various alien materials we need for different research projects (alien matter based devices). We might also make experiments with alien weaponry to learn about the Outcast hybrid ships, and develop methods to counter them, but our primary focus is on biomatter for now.
None of Bretonia's enemies will benefit from any results we might get, and these results will be shared with Bretonian agencies. We would like to use the devices created from these researches to gain advantage against the GRN forces on the frontline.
We also outfitted specially shielded ships made for the transfer of those materials to minimize the risk of infection or contamination.
Fee: 25 million Sirian credits.
Our ships carry the PR_ tag both in their IFFs and painted on their hulls, as you may already know it. The IFF tag is encrypted. I'd require this encoded tag to be registered for the license. If there is any issue with this application, or more details are needed, please inform me.
Here john McAllister, member of the junker congress.
I would like to ask from a Military Material Licensing for the congress .:j:. to help you in the war against Gallic.
I would like to ask you a special request. As you probably know, we have access to some uncommon way of supply.
Could you add Black Market Munition to our license?
Of course, all this munitions are sure to be use and we will supply only your troops on Leeds.
Actually, I wanted to apply for a Military Material License on behalf of Omicron Supply Industries. However, it appears that our Tau Trading License has expired recently. While the renewal of the Tau Trading License should be no problem, I believe, it is important to explain in a few words on why OSI is applying for a Military Material License:
Due to the fast growth of the number of citizen on Gran Canaria the demand for energy is growing just as fast. Therefore some communities have decided to build nuclear power plants, which - of course - do require Plutonium and Nuclear Devices. I have to admid, though, it feels awkward to apply for a military licence to ship cargo intended for civilian use.
Please let us know when the decicion about the Military Material License has been made, so we can pay all our fees with one bill.
Best regards
Jason Kelly
CEO of Omicron Supply Industries

Universal Shipping, Inc.
Good day, this is Lena Atzenbruck, president of ALG.
It seems our two licenses, for Tau exports and Military materials, have expired.
Things have changed since the last time we renewed them, but I trust our reasoning will still be satisfactory as it remains essentially the same.
The payment has been sent to the Schiehallion and is recorded in our records; we can provide it if necessary.
On behalf of Universal Exports, I would like to apply for a Military Material License for all employees of the corporation. All employees broadcast a signal identifying them as employees (the [UX] tag).
Konichiwa.
Samura Omotai Zibatsu, after achieving legal trade status within the Kingdom of Bretonia have begun to move goods across the border into Bretonia but for such to work goods must also flow the other way, back into Kusari.
While there are several routes we may use, the Tau systems are very important to this movement.
As such Samura Omotai Zaibatsu is hereby requesting a Tau Trading License. Proof of payment.
This will cover all vessels of Samura Omotai Zaibatsu, these can be identified with the call sign ofSamura|-
