It's come to my understanding that the playerbase of Kusari and Rheinland are through and through Frog lovers. Kusari inviting Gallia in to discuss alliances which will only mean war for Liberty, no matter the angle. (Liberty does nothing, Kusari and Gallia ally bringing war or Liberty does something to stop it and there is war).
Then there is Rheinland in a state of decay due to severe war constraints and continued economic ruin. Kicking IC out and shooting DSE in Liberty utilizing BDM means the lanes are deteriorating. So being Pro-Gallia seems the logical solution.
So here's the story so far:
Gallia is splitting Bretonia and Liberty apart, isolating Liberty and pretty much making Bretonia' Gallia's sewage pond. Liberty is now fighting three Houses on her own, which simply won't last that long if we're going on the OP trend that is the GRN and how they can defeat all. So say by, I dunno, 4.89 Liberty is reduced to Half of Colorado, Half of California and stalemated in Texas. This means the player hub of NY is filled with new (and old) players who simply cannot go anywhere as there is no where to go.
My concern here is how is Gallia able to sustain such a wide territory and still be able to build infrastructure in it's new claimed territories and allies House space?
What happens when most of lawful Sirius is owned by one Alliance and there is no longer any wars to fight because to be frank, OP Fallia is ruling it all with Kusari and Rheinland?
Is it intentional for the devs to go against the grain and make Sirius, Gallia?
What happens to those players that aren't pvp focused, who thrive on RP and the boring crap that most of us enjoy. What then?
Players in Rheinland want to continue to krieg Liberty, even though they're economically fucked, Kusari players wants to krieg Liberty, despite Liberty players trying to make them see reason to their madness.
I also want to point out that most of the players in Kus/Gal/Rhein are of the same clique, and skypefriends. So we got popular player support of this happening because numbers over logic, and remain very close minded about what may happen to the mod in the future when Gallia owns all.
Where are things heading and how is this detrimental or beneficial to the mod?
Same clique of friends? Are you what, like, sitting on your bed thinking about what would be the best lie you can come up with?
If anything, it's the GRN and the LN basically being the same people in these two factions.
Sure kusari wants krieg with Liberty, because that generates activity, but so far no steps toward that has happened (not saying they won't in the future, but so far they haven't).
I can't speak for Rheinland, given the fact that I last played there a couple of months, but I believe it's probably due to a same reason.
I definately dont see Gallia and Rheinland getting any further diplomatically mainly due to Bretonia. Bretonia represents the main trading patner for the rheinlanders, based on the current goods flow.
There are players who have pushed and are still trying to get some further cooperation between the various factions of the two houses. I would really like to see something happening on that front.
In terms of Kusari... I thought there was a long term plan for this whole crisis, but it might be just me imaginig things.

You have literally no idea what you are talking about. Have you spoken to anyone in [LN] in particular recently - or hell, to anyone other than yourself - or do you just pull your 'facts' out of your ass?
Seriously. Your post as a whole is a trainwreck with regards to actual truth, but this in particular is about as far from the truth as it could possibly ever be.
Perhaps you should focus more on actual lore or iRP reasons for Gallia being 'depowered' a little - which, I grant you, you might actually make some headway with - rather than baseless accusations of non-existent Skype conspir[A]cies.

I must concur.
[LN], GRN, Reavers, K'Hara are of the same clique, not GRN/KNF/RM
Get it right.

Gallia is a plot device, just like any other house. It will do whatever it can for as long as the story serves.
That being said, there's little that can be done at the moment to make it NOT to make sense for Kusari and Rheinland to become friendlier with Gallia, except that both Kusari and Rheinland know that letting things get too far in terms of Gallia gaining ground will only result in a complete Gallic takeover, which is something that, at least the Rheinland side for certain, doesn't want (both in and out of RP).
Mind you, Liberty is just as bad as Gallia is, in terms of attempting to establish a hegemony over the other houses in RP, and enjoys being in the center of Disco outside of it, so of course there are both in and out of RP reasons for houses to want to involve themselves with Liberty.
As for the whole skypefriends thing, I can only tell you what I know, which is that there's only a very loose communication between Kusari/Rheinland/Gallic players. Had it been different, Rheinland would probably have had a swap to gallic lanes in Koeln and O11 by now.
Whether or not a siruswide war between Liberty/Bretonia and Kusari/Rheinland/Gallia is beneficial or detrimental to the mod is anyone's guess. Personally, I'm inclined to think that war is great for activity - and having more of it siriuswide would be better - but then again, who knows?

This pretty much ignores the presence of Bretonia (down and hurting, maybe, but not out), the Council, Colonials, Outcasts, BHG, as well as all Gallic unlawfuls. Which also segways into your next question:

Even with their supposed large fleet...they would be unable to maintain tight control over so vast an area without thinning their presence somewhere...and that somewhere then becomes the pivot point for counter-offensive.
And at some point....the collaborators won't be able to stay under Gallia's yoke without giving up their sovereignty altogether. So..it's only a matter of time before Kusari, IMG, Zoners, Rheinland get less friendly with the French.

Discuss!
Ah, Skypefriends...I really always loved that, but let's not focus on that. To the prospect of "Gallia owning all", I'm pretty sure that's not in the plans. Things may get pretty "severe" as the story progresses, provided the devs take input and do things the "right" way, but I do not believe the story is going to "end" with a Gallic Victory, sooooo, unless you know something I don't, quit making such sensationalist posts based on whatever.

Spud...No, just no. The [LN] may share -some- members with some of those groups, but it's certainly not anything close to what's being insinuated; that everyone in [LN] is in those groups too, that's just incorrect and inaccurate.

This basically sums it up. Gallia is a plot device, and they are no more "powerful" inRP than people are willing to let them be. The folks over there are just players trying to play their own set of roles, same as anyone else.
Additionally, things have to get worse in this "war with Gallia", before they can get better, else it wouldn't be a good story now would it?
Although no, I have to agree with Durandal, I'm no fan of a Three House Gangbang against Liberty (We have orgies with pirates and unlawful freelancers on a regular basis Q_Q_Q_Q_Q_Q )
All this being said, let me just go join the GRN| and [RM] so you all can cry more about skypefriend conspiracies and ooc motivations or whatever the hell it is you wanna say.
God forbid players from one faction also want to make characters in another faction, so as to play different types of characters and whatnot, shame on them, amirite?
