Gentlemen. As you know the state of Rheinland is not what it once was. And I am sad to say that even for me I must admit such as well. However. In the past few weeks I have been working alongside new associates within Republican to turn such around. They have asked me a few questions in accord to previous RepEx - GMG Negotciations and our contracts and I in turn need to ask you a few questions:

Are our former contracts still applying?

Would such be able to be renewed if they are not?

Will there be any adjustments to them due to the present conditions of the times?

I will be most grateful if this message is replied as soon as possible, so we can once again continue our generous co-operation with both our companies.

It's truly regrettable to hear that the Republic of Rheinland is struggling economically. It's of Guild interests to see the Rheinland state stable and independent. The Guild hopes that you can turn the sorry state of your House around, and see it prosper.

As for the former distribution contract with RepEx. The Guild chose not to renew its exclusive distribution agreements at the end of their terms. At this time, we've no interests of renewing them either.

However, we do offer the exclusive right for premium clients to purchase our stored Helium-3 at Fuxyueru Trade Hub in Okinawa. We're willing to offer you this service as well, if you find it desirable.

Many Apologies Guild Master Katsuo for the lateness of this reply.

Earlier today one of our vessels attempted to dock upon Fuxyueru, and to our report he was unable to. I was under the impression that we were permitted to do so several months ago at this request.

Or am I mistaken?
