EDIT: eaning Junkers should get the new Bulldog, what Lyth said, turning it into a Light VHF. And giving Junkers a Bomber which looks like the Bulldog? Would be nice, the collector is useless.

Those stats are basically a better version of the current Loki and such. You're more likely to get a 2 class 9, 2 class 8 version with those stats (just like all the other CD+Torp HFs with a Class 10 Shield).

The Collector is a solid ship, and "Templar clone" describes it rather well as-is.
As for the model: the textures aren't very Junker-like in my book, and it'd look a little out of place in the line. Just like the Bulldog does right now, I suppose. A bit more yellow and gray, plus a healthy dose of visual wear&tear could fix that.
Other than that, looks neat. And most definitely PvP-capable.

I'm not a balance dev. I'm just stating that if you look at the existing ships of the kind you're suggesting (Heavy Fighter, CD+Torp, VHF plant and VHF shield), you should expect a 4-gunner and not a 6-gunner. I also doubt that a power plant size drop will be considered a proper 'compensation' for two(!) more (high-class) guns.
A six-gunner with a cd and torp and a shape as thin as the Bulldog would be, potentially, incredibly powerful. Possibly too powerful. Anyways, if you genuinely want to discuss stats with someone who can give you helpful replies, I'd hit up Aerelm.
Next step would be exporting to CMP and doing hardpoints/SUR, but I'm unfortunately unfamiliar with the process. I could probably learn if someone were to guide me.
