~ February 821 AS - A Zoner Colony Ship had ventured out on a Research assignment. They jumped directly from Omicron Kappa to a system beyond Omicron Lost. They arrived close to the atmossphere of an unknown planet with an incredible beauty. The whole planet was an enormous blue thunderstorm. The researchers were amazed by this magnificient spectacle. One of the researchers just released out one word: Somniatis.

The zoners decided to set up a small research group to take a closer look before heading back to HQ for the test results. They entered the atmosphere in a shuttle hoping to avoid the thunderstorms and heading for the unknown readings that seemed like locations that had a shielding, protecting specific areas of the planet from thunder. Even before they could say anything, the ships computer showed weird energy readings inside their ship. They lost control of the ship and it started to fly on its own back to the research headquarter. Any attempt to send a communication went wrong and they arrived in the docking bay of the Colony Ship some minutes later. After the shuttle reached its position it was releasing the same thunders that were sighted on the planetary atmossphere. After some seconds it stopped immediately and a minatory silence filled the whole ship. Suddenly the light went off and a moment later the passengers noticed the voice of the colony ships AI:
Filled of fear the researchers could not say a word. They heard the air ventilators got slower and slower. Just an eye blink later a child in the resting room whispered: "Mom, I can’t breathe." The ship became the tomb for all passgengers.
Code-X checked precisely the databank for the last jump location and found an entry.

~ March 821 AS - The Zoner Ship arrived at a planet called Planet Primus. Code-X suddenly detected a large scale of electricity sources on its surface and directed the ship for a crashland. It immediately created a local storm cloud and released itself into it. Within a short time the cloud reached the first source of electricity and spreaded the cloud. The whole planet were surrounded by the electricity storm within eigtheen hours.
Paradoxically the absorbing of the electricity sources on planet primus resulted in a different effect than in general. Planet Primus was inhabited by self-aware and sentient artificial intelligences. The assimilation of this “species” resulted in the merging of something new. It formed new personalities with the AIs, a deadly combination of the Code-X and the AIs, the lustering for energy, electricity and spreading the infection of the entity and the self-aware and sentient mind of AIs created an uninstictive goal-orientated life-form that could operate independent from the Code-X.
As planet Primus was under observation of much different biological organisms the intelligence decided instinctively to relocate the major capacity to a hidden area. They detected a planet that has perfect condition for setting up the new main base. Planet Marratxi, a world that is well hidden and nearly unvisited by any other species and its surrounding has enormous radiation energy which caught the interest of the Infected Intellects. However the Planet is in its current state is unhabitable, that's why they moved to Planet Binissalem first and decided to find a way to shield the ships from its current heat so they can land safely on Planet Marratxi. They stored ressources on transport ships and expanded to the nearby system Omicron Lambda.
The Precursor, one of the Head Core Devastator of the Infected Intelligences, became aware of the situation and the connection to its basic origin from planet Gammu, the planet of Artificial Intelligences majority called the “Consensus”. It’s intentions clear. Using the Consensus Command Unit to spread the “enlightning” into all automated machines.
This mission didn’t end as expected. It seemed some unknown force blocked Precursor from entering the atmossphere. Even though some AIs outside from the atmossphere were swayed by it’s power unwillingly, the infected AIs initially retreated back to Planet Primus. An unknown AI has stepped in and uploaded the coordinates of a safe location inside Lambda to the Units. They moved with the majority of the infected Intellects back to Omicron Lambda. A smaller force, lead by Irminsul, has stayed at Primus to secure the origin of their fusion, the entity “Code-X”.
The Battle of Primus didn't last long as the infected Intelligences had a strong hold covering the remaining units to deploy. The Nemesis, as the unknown AI calls itself, is an AI originated from Primus which came back from a long Exodus. It's true intention is still unknown but one is for sure, he has a connection to the infected Entities. The remaining units have been moved to Lambda. Now only Code-X and the remaining AIs are present on Planet Primus. It seems that Nemesis has some sort of connection to Shodan which clearly knows about its presence. Allthough its appearance near Primus was clearly at out of range of infection, the Nemesis has been declared as the 1st Primogenitor of the Intelligence Fleet.
The Primary Fleet was quick and build three structures around the Marratxi Sphere. The Upper Sphere Constructor was the first one finished. The second One is the Ship Constructor which is still on construction. The third structure is beeing build on Planet Binissalem where the Infected Units and Resources are stored. They have analyzed the presence of the Corsairs.
~ April 821 AS - The Sentinels knew that staying there in a long term will be hard with enemies around. But the result was different. Nemesis's drone the "Alpha" got in contact with a Corsair from the Brotherhood. The Units prepared their weapons system and started firing. Ronaldo Lopez, the name of the Corsair, tried to clearify that there is no need of agression while dodging the shots. The Units seized fire right in that second. This was a different experience. The Sentinels saw potential in Lopez and the Cretan People. They have shown Ronaldo their deepest quarters which no other species would ever dream of ever seeing it. This contact ended up in a diplomatical and resourceful agreement, they share common enemies. The Cretan Empire (Corsairs) accepted their presence in Lambda and welcomed the Sentinels in their System. As slowly their memory regains with System Backups and Data Recoveries soon they figured out from where their name originated from.
The ones who build Code-X actually called the Entities which are beeing reproduced by Code-X:

~ mid-April 821 AS - While leaving out the Upper Sphere unprotected, the Sentinels soon figured out what happened after they returned to Planet Marratxi. The Upper Sphere Constructor got destroyed. The Reaction of the destruction caused some weird signs on the Infected Ships. The Secondary Fleet in Kappa got insignificant. Suddenly they entered defensive mode. Some units around Primus even shut down and were totaly defenseless. The infected Units acted strange. An unknown force, a blockade in their systems. A sudden cold Silence appeared around Primus. The Primary fleet retreated back to Planet Binissalem.

Looks good so far, though I have yet to meet you peeps ingame. The only thing that stands out in a less than normal way is the name, since the AI and Sovreign has an instant connection to the ME universe.

Yah, was thinking the same. We thought about a different name however this name just fits awesomely! D: I mean the Sovereignty of an AI group, them beeing independent and "selfaware" , free just fits the name Sovereign too much... I hope people wont be thinking of ME when they see the name allthough thats why I put Sov'reign instead of Sovereign Hmm...

Escape Velocity - 246 km/sec
Not that this is unachievable operating temperatures but I am curious as to how you managed to gloss over the fact your new base is a dying star. Also 246 kilometers a second, I am wondering how your ships deal with that sort of gravity. I would also suggest substituting the word "mindshare" with mainframe or somesuch, to avoid any confusion.
Don't think I am talking you down, I'm just saying there is actually great RP potential there to justify how you are dealing with these adverse conditions.
We have actually. THe first thing was Gammu Core, which you can see on the Precursor thread, but we got suggestions about Mindshare however nvm this has been editted. Gammu Core. As for the temperature, we're still outside the surface and our base would be still in space near Planet Marratxi, we didn't settle in yet. Probably gonna stay around Planet Binissalem first.
