The Hamburg Jump Hole in Bering is not functioning. Keeps telling me to stand by and that it is in use even after restarting. Had someone else try the JH and got the same message.

I was in a Junker Frigate. However, a Pirate Cruiser and a LABC also tried and had the same problem.
