We would be interested in another contract for whatever of the supplies we lack for our current work effort that you can economically provide. I think many of them may be difficult for your company to acquire, but you may have resources that I am not aware of. So if you are interested, please provide me quotes for the shipment of any of the following that your company wishes to provide:
I wanted to follow up on if you were interested in continuing our relationship and shipping some more supplies to our base? It has come to my attention that both Optronic Arrays and PlasFoam Conduits are readily available in Kusari, and I would very much be interested in contracting for their shipment. I am looking forward to a quote.

Your facility seems to be building up at a faster pace, and with such the requirements to expand are getting higher and higher.
Kishiro Technologies will have no problem to supply you with these products you have asked for, and we will start the shipping on the same terms as before as soon as possible.
Akira Kishiro, Chief Executive Officer of Kishiro Technologies
Our two organizations hadn't set prices for shipping these commodities before. I have instructed my crew to purchase Optronic arrays at 2000/unit, and Plasfoam conduit at 1000/unit. If these prices are not acceptable, we can negotiate a bit on them.
I am also happy to pay a 20 million bonus for having the 40,000 Optronic arrays and the 20,000 plasfoam conduits shipped to our base within the week.
Unfortunately, we are having some space problems so I can only guarantee 5000 units of free space until we move each shipments out of the loading bay. So this does make it where it will probably not be cost effective for you to move them in a large convoy since you would have to wait for a bit to unload each ship. I apologize if this is an inconvenience.

Konnichiwa D-r Kosher,
This is Tsuyoshi Miki, an employee of Kishiro. On behalf of our company we wish to apologise for the delay.
My ship, Yoshiko, suffered in a recent terrorist attack in Colorado and was destroyed, I was lucky to be alive, sustained serious life threatening injuries. However Kishiro took good care of me, offering their best medical team and I was assigned to a new ship.
My workers in our new ship, Dragon, today managed to haul all 20 000 units of Plasfoam Conduitors to your base. The rest of the requirements will follow in the next days. I'm presenting you my Paperwork of the shipments.
Thank you for the shipments of Plasfoam conduits. However, according to our records, and I believe your records indicate it as well, we seem to be short 360 units of Plasfoam conduits. We are sorry to hear about your troubles in the Colorado system, we know about the high pirate activity there. We are glad that you made it through okay and are back into business.
So you don't have to do a mostly empty run, you are free to bring oxygen, water, and food rations to our base if you wish, they are readily available on planet Kyushu, we are buying all three commodities at a price that yields a $800/unit profit when brought from Planet Kyushu. We just ask that you bring them in equal proportions. We are currently 2,800 units below our stock limit on each of these 3 commodities.

Konnichiwa Dr. Kosher, my apologies for the delayed response to your request. Several business meetings in Rheinland prevented me from addressing this channel, and the other directors were unavailable to shift from their assignments.
As you can see, the transportation of the requested materials is well underway, and today the Tengu as also made it's contribution.
2 shipments of Optronic Arrays (3840x2) and a mixed shipment of Plasfoam Conduits (500 units) and Optronic Arrays (3340 units) arrived at the station, for a total of 11020 Optronic Arrays and 500 Plasfoam Conduits.
Image confirmation of the deliveries follows in annex: 12 | 1 | 1
I hope that this shipment supplements the lacking plasfoam conduits that were missing.
We are having some trouble guaranteeing enough transports for operations in the Tau sectors, but should the opportunity arise, we will try to alleviate your supply problems as possible.
With kind regards
Mizuki Shimoe, Kishiro Trade Department Director
Thank you for finishing up the Plasfoam conduits shipment, we appreciate the prompt delivery. I understand that logistics of shipping to the Taus are a chore, and appreciate your continued efforts. So far the delays have not held us up as we have planned ahead to allow for plenty of time for the shipments.
When the shipment of OA are completed and we have finished the current base upgrade we plan on expanding the station to allow for some more space. We are wanting to bring some bulky research equipment to our station, and simply don't have the room. We will likely call upon your organization to ship us hull panels for the add-on to the station.
Respectfully,

I wanted to let you know that the Kindom of Gallia has approved our base permit, so we are now fully in compliance with Gallic law. I know our pending application had worried you in the past, and I wanted to set you mind at ease. I have attached the approved application:
