Guten Tag,

Passed three weeks as the Vice President of Republican Shipping Oskar Jacobi expressed again opinion that it would be quite good to construct base in Omega - 11 . I agree with it, coz in Rheinland space we have now under control all successful places for mining, except Omega - 11. I think time to clear this situation. If DHC plans to be engaged in building base in Omega - 11 , that's will be good, we will assist . If isn't , well, ok, then probably we will build base .
