If you prefer an agile bomber which can take out pretty much everything but takes longer - Bergelmir.
If you just want to wreck cruisers and BS or are Kilian - Nanda Devi.

Fafnir: Rheinland lawful heavy bomber.
2x Hellfire, 2x EMP, 2x Nova, Train CD, and Sentinel CM.

Best heavy bomber out there. Only 2 turrets, but it has enough power to chain 2 torp tubes. Kills cruisers within seconds.

Simply because it's a bit harder to hit.

That's because it has no shield bubble, making it very easy to dodge fire. It also has a perfectly centered torp mount and pretty good stats all around.

I guess you'd have to ask them, the most obvious candidates would be their allies, the Corsairs, who get 90% on it.
