Doesn't it make sense, that people suggest factions they are/were part of. Otherwise you couldn't know how the faction truly is in its core, right?

Bias is a negative term. Wraga asked for factions to be suggested, and people do exactly that - and I don't think he mentioned "Don't suggest factions you are/were in.".

My free time to play is so limited so I couldnt be part of a hardstyle faction, just looking for some kind of relaxing roleplay.

You can try VWA, if you won't mind be the only pilot in space. Another already suggested option is OS&C.

Join [LN] , SFC or any of Navys... Much activity, and all the stuff.

Also you will strengthen their team,which they really need.

Hackers are plentiful in numbers and it is activity-driven progress in towards ranks. You would be stuck flying LF/Freighter for a long time and thus possibly making it less interesting and highly tedious than say Xeno Mammoth demanding cargo from foreign traders and hauling it back to your bases much more exciting
