Greetings Colonel,
I must apologize for the delay in this communication. In order to make sure our end was secure and ready for this, I had to go through a few back channels within the government.
As we discussed, there are several items the BIS is looking to get it's hands on. While we have been able to get access to small samples of some of these items. We are hoping your transports can get them in much larger quantity for us.
Counterfeit Software
We are looking for the Councils information on Jump Gate and Trade Lane Technology within Gallia. We have managed to get our hands on a couple of Jump Gate codes and are looking to see if we can forge our own codes to get deeper in. These would have to be delivered ship to ship in order to ensure they get to their destination.
Vanadium
Molybdenum
Gandolinium
We have a project in the works that could be improved with the use of these materials. We know that some of your allies have them but they either have ignored our transmissions or stated they were too busy to get them.
Bio-Stability Monitors
We know the GRN use these to keep track of their troops and monitor their status in the field. We believe there is a chance we can reverse engineer the technology and use it against them to know their exact troop movements on planets.
As per your concern on a time table, while the metals and the monitors can be delivered at a more leisurely pace, that software we wish to get our hands on as soon as it is possible to get it.
If you believe you can get some or all of these items for us, we can talk price and amounts.
No need to apologize for the delay, actually it served us well, as we had some other business to take care of.
We can procure the regular materials, the Vanadium, Molybdenum, Gandolinium and Bio-Stability Monitors without problem, just name the delivery place, needed amount, deadline and the price you'd pay.
We will take the Counterfeit Software as apriority as you requested, but as you required a specific package, it takes time to compile the softwares you requested.
Also, please state the amount you reqiure of this commodity.
Luckily, I made a request to our science team when you first requested this, and the package should be ready in shortly. As these kind of softwares are considered illegal in Bretonia, I'd like to hand them over outside of Bretonian space. What do you think about the place we last met?
I'm awaiting your answer on the other parameters of this assignment.
Kind regards,
Colonel Gerard Lefevre
// Also, could you please outline what you need screens of at delivery?
The Software as well as the Bio-Stability Monitors, we will be more then happy to meet you at our previous meeting place to collect. As for the rest, there is a Planetform facility on Planet Harris in Tau-31. Drop the cargo at their supply center and send us the confirmation that the cargo has been dropped. Our people will take care of things from there.
As per the price, we are willing to offer 150,000,000 for the cargo. Half after we have the Software, the rest on delivery of the other items.
Senior Judge Yohance
// Screens of the vessels docking on the planet with the respective cargo's is sufficient.
The price is quite generous, we accept it, thank you. I shall tell you the bank account details when we meet.
Our scientists need 24 hours to comply and sort the softwares you need. Tomorrow or the day after would be the best for the delivery of those and the monitors. Please give us a time window, we'd prefer if you gave it in SMT.
The delivery of the metals will be continous, I'll post the delivery verifications and the update on delivered amounts here. Also, I'll open the channel to the other freight captains to submit their own verifications.
**UPDATE**
Me and my crew managed to deliver the Gadolinium today. Proofs of transfer: Proof1 Proof2 Proof3
Gadolinium delivered: 13 000; Status: Completed
Kind regards,
Colonel Gerard Lefevre

Hello Again Colonel,
I am sorry our meeting today was cut short by the GRN. Fortunately, we had no problems slipping past their ships and getting the cargo safely to New London. I hope the payment as well as the bonus serves you well in strengthening your position against our mutual enemies. We have already made contact with a few of our "friends" who will be working with it for us.
You and your men are to be commended for the incredibly fast service you provided us. I am looking forward to continue working with you and your people and will be in contact with you again soon.
Thank you for your kind words and the bonus payment. We would like build and strenghten relations in the sector, so we can gather assets and resources for the war with the GRN.
We await your next assignment you might have for us, however, now that the engineers found a way to attach the docking modules to the ships externally instead of the cargo hold, we might be busy with constructing some.
If you might be in need of said modules, we can provide them on manufacturing costs, which is 70 million credits per module (including the price of raw materials, worker wages and fuel/energy consumption needed for the manufacturing).
