Yes i know, and i believe Sava that he didn't do anything wrong. People have pointed out in other threads after he was banned that they too were able to keep a ship firing at the same point even after leaving it alone. And the fact that it didn't blow up was probably just a bug. Probably a fuse that didn't register completely because of lag. But both of these combined made for a very suspicious situation that led to this ban. Banning active players because of suspicions is not a wise call. I think it's time for Sava to be unbanned.
And I believe he did wrong. Because no ''lag bug'' or whatever, doesn't just conveniently appear while shooting a base and otherwise never appears in any fight.
First thing. We, The Indians, continuously bumped him while he was shooting CGS|HQ, and flipped him several times. First time for 180 degrees and turned him nose facing to the opposite side of the station, his ship's guns still somehow managed to turn around, face backwards and shoot shooting again at the station while hitting it with remarkable precision always in one same spot, on the middle pylon. After unsuccessfully ramming him the first time, we tried ramming him again and again with no success. His guns always turned facing the station no matter to which side we turned him and resume firing on CGS|HQ.
Second thing. Considering he said he used Laptop, aimed at the station, started shooting, closed the Laptop and went sleeping, I don't see how he could have manually turned thous guns around.
Third thing that doesn't add up to his story. Why would he leave his ship AFK to fire at the base when he know that the station was well defended by station's turrets, 6 Cerberus turrets, by the way. Because as soon as he approached the station, turrets would mop the floor with him in less then one minute.
So I don't buy his story of just coming there to check the stations defenses and playing an innocent soul that happened to have a ''bugged ship''...
PS: I would also like to add that all this was seen by an Admin, and that I made plenty of screens proving my story and Admin team also got those screens.
Yea, and I guess if he was shooting with admin guns you would have a perfectly logical explanation and say that it's just another bug that so conveniently struck his ship.
I start to think if all disco members would go rampaging on bases like that, would there be any base at all.
You also didn't explain why would he stop in the range of stations cerberuses and start shooting? They only take 60 seconds at maximum to destroy a battleship. That would be less then him parking, pointing at the station, starting to shoot and what not...
I start to think that you have an excuse for everything he did. If he had guns that deal 999.999.999.999.999...... damage I'm absolutely positive that you would find some perfectly logical explanation for that ''bug'' to, eh?
