Would be nice if Zoner bases had them too. It might keep some of the newbie caps out of house space, and it would also allow factions who aren't friends with order/bhg to participate.

Last time I heard devs were planning to swap nom remains to something else because everybody and their grandma jumped in their Nephs and went to hunt noms regardless of RP, and that was an unintended, harmful side-effect of the whole. That was ages ago however, no clue what the dev team plans for cloaks now.

Still doing testing, missions are a bit annoying to make in FL, more so for nomads since they require different objects, different wave setups, equipment and so on with varying grade of difficulty too. Fine-tuning it takes most of the time.

You will be free to pick missions up from either Order or Core bases, some will be available without having full rep, so there'll be choice depending on your preference with those two. They have very specific goals about Nomads (and hence their conflict) while Zoners don't. May be later, may be not. I'd like it to be based on who has meaningful capacity and not a plug for bored caps. Bored caps could try their chance at specific raid systems.

It is still a thing, different acquisition method for materials. Omicron update is rather big update and I'm inclined to release content as one patch rather than split it into many, plus various parts are interconnected, like this is dependent on systems. But there was a good progress overall lately so it's coming soon. I wish it could be done faster but imo it's better to do it right than to release something half-assed. It's really the testing consuming enormous amount of time really, not actual modeling, texturing and system modding.
Well...the Order are really low on numbers. That's a reason they could give out missions to Mercenaries. Seriously, the Order would be wrecked if the Core wouldn't be there to pop some Nomads along the way.
Don't get me wrong, The Order are my favorite when talking about the Omicrons, but since the loss of Toledo they can barely survive an attack from the Nomads. It wouldn't hurt them to give a bunch of credits to Mercenaries and let them clean out some of the Nomads. In Mu it wouldn't make any sense, though...as far as I know, access to anyone who isn't an Order agent is restricted.

I'll elaborate a bit. Missions givers to be are The Order and Guild Core, for time being, so depending on your allegiance and affiliations you can pick from either one or even both. You don't have to be tagged Order or Core or have full rep or have their IDs to get these missions but you do need to be at least friendly enough to be able to dock at their bases where these missions will be available to take, and have certain minimal reputation to be eligible in the first place.

Well.. we kind of do. I mean, our goals are no less specific than, say, a Junker mission vs. Xenos. If our bases are offering missions against them, that means they're near our bases and we want them gone. But you're right, going after them isn't part of the Zoners' mission statement, the way it is for Order/Core. However,

Other groups may wish to participate in this as well, who may not be able to take missions from Order/Core bases. Sairs (Going off the wiki, their relationship with the Order has taken a dive), Hessians, SCRA.

sorry, wrong answer. Order lost kost of their CIVILIAN population, manufacturing facilities, and a large contingent of toledo and other defenders. all manufacturingfacilities were set up again at Akabat, Mu. basically, we lost about 1,750,000 lives, whike the rest were safe.
edit:Zoners are allowed at Meskhenet, Taba and Akabat. not the rest , coz they are guard bases..and Atum allows them as well.

They're better to have missions against Das Wilde in their own region rather than in systems way far outside. But this would be entirely outside the scope of omicrons update.

Is that snub-only?
No, it's not snub-only.
And what rules has to do with it? Caps can be mechanically limited from entering a system if need be (see Kansas/Unknown).
