After thorough discussion in The Order Overwatch, it has been decided to take action against AI drones known to call Omicron Kappa their home. This group, currently under leadership of "Consensus" has been known to ally with Core in the past, leading our enemies right into graves of Omicron Minor. This offense has been punished and AI forced into submission to live their days in peace with rest of humanity. This has been decided to be false assumption.

Under this disguise, AI waged war against GMG. We have been monitoring this conflict since the beggining, gathering more intelligence. Line has been crossed when Consensus breached The Order protectorate space and openly begun to embrace their neutrality with Slomon K'Hara. Their bold nature tried even to pit us against Corsair empire, plot which has eventually failed in causing more chaos in this sector. These patterns already happened in Maltese nation. We all know how it ended. We all see what continues to plague Outcast culture, government and society.

We see no other option but to eliminate this new alien threat completely while still in its infancy. AI are weakest force in Omicrons, much less relevant than Core or Zoners in current balance of power. Their stealthy aggresivness against The Order and humankind as a whole cannot be tolerated anymore. Global Rules of Engagement are to be updated with following order, effective immediately:

ALL vessels under AI identification are to be considered at war status and therefore, to be shot on sight.

The Order tactical net and database will be updated as soon as possible to accomodate above changes.

Further update to all Order agents across Sirius. Two more important updates for you to account for.

First, Corsair empire decided to break fragile peace between us two. It has been at knife's edge balance until today, when our party dispatched to Theta came under massive attack from both Corsair Brotherhood and Red Hessian Army. Their mission was, to contact Corsair empire to normalize relations. Before we could have done such, our vessels were brutally engaged with no demand or warning.

Second, Red Hessian Army for unknown to us reasons sided with Corsair assault group in strike against our forces. We are currently unable to determine what triggered such drastic change. The Order remained in friendly relations with Rheinland underground, often co-operating against Das Wilde. Until we find out why, we have to adopt hostile stance against Red Hessians.

With it, I fully authorize the following:

• All Corsair vessels are to be shot on sight.
  
• Precision strikes into Omicron Gamma are now AUTHORIZED.
  
• Harrassment of artifact smuggling operations are now AUTHORIZED.
  
• Red Hessians are HOSTILE until further notice. Treat carefuly.
  

We live in strange times when former friends and allies turn against us. We are effectively in armed conflict with every single entity in Omicrons except Zoners. We have faced greater odds and survived. Home space defense is to be put on highest alert. The Order Overwatch will meet immediately to seek out potential retaliatory actions and new allies. We will take emergency steps to increase logistic output to meet demands of the new day.
