Liberty balance changes, volume I

So as we all know, the liberty shipline is vastly underpowered, with everything from the Defender to the very underused LABC being no match for the likes of the rheinland cloaky battleship brigade. So, here is a little teaser of an update I've planned to bring life back into the Liberty ship line and give the superpower of Sirius the weapons it needs to combat the fifty outcast dreadnaughts parked at Rochester.
