Corsairs aren't dead...I've been cruising around the Omegas/Bretonia/Omicrons quite a bit. Only ran into 1 Outcast so far in Omicron Theta.

Despite popular belief, things currently arent as dead as some people think. there is life in kusari, OPG are roaming the omegas/omicrons/sigma/etc, hessians sometimes raid Gamma, GRN are appearing in the Taus a fair bit.
Rather than perpetuating the cycle of OC caps in NY, go somewhere else and do stuff.
