Dr. John Holliday isn't a new face in Sirius or even Gallia nor is his fleet of Med Force ships. What IS new is him setting out on his own after years within the TAZ organization.
This is new for me, setting this up. Constructive criticism is acceptable as are ideas and even kudos for what I am doing right. Thanks in advance.
As far as I get it the MFE ships ( not counting personal shuttles or fleet supply vessles ) are mostely Zoner cap ships ?
So Zoner ID restricts them from the Core Houses.
I suggest writing more about not only the ships used and the ZOI into the description,
but about restrictions too. A little more flesh to the bone.
Also please remember that there still are some Newcomers out here - like me and Sturm.
Some *known history* that is taken as a background by all others might not always be known everybody.
I look forward to meeting the *flying doctors* with our ambulances from the Haven Clinic.

I will be making more of a write-up based on Doc's history and the ambitions of Med Force Enterprises when I get a chance. I'm writing it out in a document to cut and paste later.
As to ID, Med.Force was originally an SRP and subsequent ships were given the Special Ops ID extension due to their very specific roll play. My intention is to keep it as these will be indeed very specific.
Please for roleplay sake, don't make these ships too heavily armed/armored. Not because I want easier things to blow up (salvagers are good enough 8|) but just because that fits better with your medical enterprise ideas. I hope to see you guys in space, and possible RP on forums with my Gaian, (currently looking for a pharma supplier).

I have always kept what ships I do have armed with Zoner turrets which IMO are typical for the reason you mentioned. They aren't offensive ships but I do think defense. To this day, I've had to fire upon only one aggressor and that was a Phantom a long time back with MF1.
Armor? I usually keep it with heavy cap armor. I mean, they do pass through radiated space, asteroids and so forth so that's the theory there.
But the big thing is the RP and that's one of medicine, healing, peace and humanitarianism.
Hey Doc
MFE sounds like a promising organization.
Is medecine research (diseases, toxicology, pharma, etc.) included in MFE activities?
Anyway, my character will contact MFE as soon as his roleplay session is completed on Freeport 11.

Thank you for the compliment. Yes, those things you mention are all to be included. In fact, MF1 with the use of it's biodomes grows a lot of it's own pharmaceuticals or items for them. Doc has always been a student of science and medicine and will keep seeking these things.
He also studies things, sometimes just out of curiosity, that others would just assume avoid or find deadly. Nomads is a good example of that.
I still haven't decided how to go about things. A medical/science co-op is one idea. Everyone works together, sharing results yet they keep their own identity. I just wouldn't know how to make that work as one crew may come under scrutiny from a major house or group and therefore labeled as an enemy, everyone else would be judged and that's what I don't want.
So yeah, I still have much thought to put into this.
It's an interesting idea and I got a question (and potentially idea) there. Could say MFE employ a character who is talented in a very particular field, let's neurosurgery, but his motives are ulterior, like personal aspirations and ambitions in the particular field? Like he would use experimental techniques and technology, unproven and borderline illegal if not completely illegal in houses where they'd have strict laws. So sometimes walking a very ice-thin threshold of safety and taking risks. I know you really like your 'humanitarianism' aspect but I thought if I could spice it up with this concept where a character doesn't care for helping. Not going to hide inspiration source - I was thinking of a character somewhat like a Qyburn from GoT. Granted I doubt I'd be able make anything until omicrons update which takes most of my time left for fl stuff.
