Dear Mr Tukker
Thank you for contacting us. Apologies for the delayed response, but due to a high volume of comments and transmissions, your project was lost in paperwork.
Thank for supplying us with additional information regarding your project. I believe the answers are satisfactory. Purchasing any PPE, especially land inside the more populated areas could prove troublesome, but since your project requires quite the opposite, I believe we will be able to help you out. You should double check your calculations on the land you will require, though.
We can easily supply you with anything up to 30 sq miles, in the area you surveyed, for the time being. There might be bigger areas available, but we will know that for sure after our next semi-annual PPE check.
If the facility is built with the purpose you mentioned, in the area you requested, our answer regarding the construction and operation of the facility is positive.
Once you supply us with the exact parcel and its measurements, we will be able to provide a quote. Of course we will prefer a direct single payment, but we can also be flexible if need be. After the transaction is complete, you will receive full ownership of the land. Further terms and conditions will be discussed once we reach this level of the negotiations.
On your second enquiry, however, I am afraid we will not be of much assistance. I regret to inform you that the restricted commodity licensing is only done by the government and is outside the jurisdiction of the LP Inc. My information indicates you do not possess such a license yet, but I can suggest applying for one after our deal is over, as chances might be slightly higher.
Thank you for your time and diligence, Captain Aryn.
We will continue with planning and organization, and will contact you with the details as soon as our Engineers, planners, surveyours and contractors have finished the final coordination. Your generous offer to set up to 30 square miles available will be calculated, and will probably be accepted if we can agree on a price.
I am looking forward to the final negotiations and will inform our shareholders on the current progress.
Thank you.
Concerning the trade licence for medical supplies we will rest the matter till we are fully established.
So far our needs could be met by a Cryer subordinate and a trade agreements, transporting the needed Stabiline or transplantation supplies to our Clinic.
We will continue to ceep a full transparency policy here, so any LPI representative is welcome to check our supplies.
After all, we require trust in our services and can not risk any rumours about Junker slavers transporting refugees from Leeds to our dock to salvage them for black market organ supplies.
We have already requested and recieved clearance from BP Authorities and have aquired a full medical supply licence in Bretonia. Till we can gain the according clearance in Liberty we will only store and trade the needed suplies at the Clinic without transporting them ourselves.
If there is any question about this either our Foreman McScrap, Doc Nagger or I myself will be glad to show you around.
