to RFP & RM: Investigation Request: Transport shot by Kruger Gunships in Frankfurt

Honourable Sir or Madam,

I am Julia Morrow, Convoy leader of the Independent Miners Guild, and I am contacting you to inform you about an incident that I found disturbing enough to bring it to your attention.

My convoy was flying back from Rheinland after a Niobium delivery to New Berlin, when we saw two Kruger-owned Rheinland gunboats of the Oder class shoot a transport target that was neutral to me. The ship's designation was "j.ramon". I don't know the shiptype, nor the pilot, but it clearly was neutral to me before it blew up in a fireball. The Krugers claimed that it was a wanted criminal.

I lack the means of checking whether such claims are correct, but found this execution so disconcerting that I can't just let go without reporting the incident to the authorities.

Evidence:

1. Attack of Rheinland Kruger Gunboats against the transport

It would be reassuring to know whether everything was alright in this incident. The Krugers are giving me the creeps when they patrol Omega 7 in their civilian gunboats and seeing them attack in these two military gunboats in Frankfurt, and hearing their hardly hidden threats against me after they followed me to the S13 gate, made me fear for my safety.

The Guild normally would not bother contacting the Rheinland Military about this kind of incident, but this one (involving one of the illegally aquired Oder-class Gunboats) might have a political relevancy.

The KM|RNC-Blitz was operating in Sigma 13 today (proven by the visual evidence), extorting IMG| transports that were carrying Niobium to Planet New Berlin.

The extortion per se is not worth your attention, as we'll solve that ourselves, but operations of these ships in GMG space might be something you want to be informed about.
