Hermanos,

Few days ago, There was somes issues with a Zoner group name Star Enterprise. The problem is located in omega 9. The group run a shipping company that delivering food the Crete. In exchance of some peace in omega 9 and until my investigation is over, they should provide us food. Conversations

But today, a single pilot decieded to launch an attack..... again!! The callsign of the pilot is Bandito. We should make a decision fast regarding the bases in omega 9. WE might end up getting in a full scale war again against the Zoners. Our choices are obivous. We destroy all facilities in omega 9 fast and leave no witness or simply get rid of this maverick pilot. Enough is enough! We must make a statement here and act fast.

Senor Alberto,

I think we should take a more defensive approach to this outrage. We are already at war with the Rheinland dogs and Bretonia, so we should not take such a drastic step so quickly. The Zoners are one of our chief suppliers of food, and declaring war against them for one attack would be a foolish move, when our planet Crete cannot produce enough food for our own people. Could you look into peaceful negotiations with the leaders of Star Enterprise?

Senor Domingo,

I know we need the Zoners and these pilots from Star Enterprises could be of a good use. Unlike those ZA cabrons, they seem to supports use outside omega 9. But currently my main concern is about some independants corsairs who keep on striking their facilities in omega 9. I think we should suppress the subversive elements that bothering the [Star] in and around the omegas. Our citizen and the welfare of the empire must come first and my first meeting with the COE convinced me that, for now, we can trust em.

My main issue, like i've said before regarding a group name the OPG, an old group of corsairs operating from Cadiz. Especially a member name Bandito or Bandido is really bothering. Few reports from the Star and from independants corsairs from the CNS were grim. Its seem this hombre recruiting other corsairs to strike Starports. Even after some conversation and after receiving many direct orders he still persued his attack. I would suggest we take action against him first and maybe call him persona non-grata for the empire. As you know already, the indies doesnt act on the behalf of the empire nor under the influence of the Brotherhood.

Any opinions from you hermanos of the brotherhood are welcome regarding this "problem". Suggestion about how to deal with the matters might even be better than how i would handle the situation.

Gracias for notifying us about situation.
Amigo Bandito may have overreacted by attempting to eliminate the station completely, but this is how we Corsairs work. We bring fear to all gringos and they must respect us. It would seem you managed to handle this by yourself without anyone getting hurt and we still have our food shipments coming. Bravo amigo! We wouldn't like to take action against one of our own amigos and thankfully, we won't.
However...remember that Corsairs have a long history of not trusting the outsiders and these Zoners are no exception. We would be foolish if we thought they are not in some way connected with at least one of our enemies. Losing these incoming food shipments over a single incident would be a great loss for us and our people, indeed. But that doesn't mean we won't take any action. If these hombres are seen doing something foolish, they will suffer and no amount of food will save them from our wrath!
For now, they are safe, however, they will be watched.

Gracias for your kind words regarding how i managed the problem. I know we have difficulty to trust others but sooner or later we'll have to trust someone. For Senor Bandido the case is close and no actions will be taken against him. I sent a internal message to our pilots to no longer search for him or do obstruction.

For the [Star] if they do things against the empire, i will take the matter in my own hands and, with your approval, will do whatever i see fit. For now, even if we can't trust, they are useful to us and i hope all corsairs will protect the shipments they sending us.

One last thing. Gracias for my new rank of Praefectus Castrorum. Like most of the hermanos have already noticed, i taking some decision in your name. Hope you being pleased with the job i'm doing.
