First, can you provide more information about your group, bitte? The station would be DHC affiliated, so are you Daumann affiliates too?

Second, Herr or Frau Pick-Axe which is supposed to be station administrator - it sounds to me more like some nickname. Is this really true name of this person? We also need to know his or her nationality.

Third, did you establish some contact with Daumann DHC- primary division already?

Firstly i would like to thank you for your speedly responce.

To answer your First question, Yes the Base would be affiliated to Daumann Heavy Construction.
We work for ourselfs at present and operate using the Daumann Heavy Construction ID's and IFF

in Responce to your sencond Question, I would firstly like to appolgies we have all gotten so use to our call signs
we forget we actually have names. The Station admin would be, Albert Hummel.

To your Third Question, No we haven't we did not know we would have to, but we are quite happy to contact them in this matter,

Guten Tag again, Herr Thorin. Danke for your answers.

We are glad to see Daumann strengthens it´s position in Munich. I asked about your affiliation to be sure about this, as you probably know from Rheinland laws, all mining fields within Munich system are property of Daumann Heavy Construction.

But you forget to mention nationality of Herr Hummel, I guess he is Rheinlander, ja?

As for contacting DHC- primary division, it is not required for processing your application, however I recommend strongly to do it because they have lot of experience regarding mining and possible threats in Munich system, as well as operating modular base what they were doing there in the past. You can also discuss possible cooperation in mining operations and security measures.

Now to your application. It was examined and we decided to issue conditional approval. You can begin construction of Bauxite Minerial Extraction, however following conditions must be met:

First, you will pay registration fee of 100 million credits to account RFP|Arsenal before the construction begins.

Second, the station will be placed near planet Nuremberg, but at least eight kilometers from planet docking and mooring points and also in same minimal distance from all trade lane rings around as well as Ingolstadt Station.

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter senior captain Hahn. My name is Christiane Laurich and I´m kommissar from administrative department of the Rheinland Federal Polizei. Your application was examined and we decided to issue conditional approval. You can begin construction of Bauxite Minerial Extraction, however following conditions must be met:

First, the station will be placed near planet New Berlin, but distance at least eight kilometers from all objects which are involved in space traffic of that area must be kept. By these objects are meant planet docking and mooring points, Oder Shipyard and The Ring stations, Breuninger Station and all trade lane rings.

Second, you will provide us at least one specific name of station administrator before the construction begins. It should have been part of your application.

One more thing: You mentioned installing device factories. I want to remind you paragraph 8.4. of Article Eight of Rheinland laws: Construction of manufacturing facilities which produce cloaking devices, hyperspace jump drives or hyperspace survey modules must be approved by at least one of official law-enforcement authorities ([RM], RFP|, BDM|) before construction begins. Law-enforcement authority has right to specify conditions for distribution or sale of manufactured equipment which must be adhered.

To prevent any law violation, don´t forget to obtain proper permission before installing factories which produce mentioned devices, bitte.

We would like to ask if Nassau may be constructed in zhe orbit of Potsdam (New Berlin's moon). Zhe distance between the base and the moon will be about 4 kilometers. Zhe distance between the base and the ring will be 6 kilometers.

Guten Tag again, Sehr geehrter senior captain Hahn. It´s good to hear that you want to avoid any violation of the laws. But according to report I got this morning, you violated both conditions which I set as part of approval for construction of your base, because you already started building and even without keeping requested minimal distance. This is not how it works and we can´t tolerate such attitude. Why you didn´t request change of conditions before you started building the base?

For this reason, you are to pay administration fine for violation of two conditions in total sum of 30 million credits to account RFP|Arsenal. Be careful in future, bitte, to not make any more violations.

Regarding your request, after the fine is paid, we are willing to accept change of the minimum safety distance to six kilometers.

We have discussed the restrictions of 8K, if it would suit the purpose we intended and by vote the group has agreed that we would prefer the base in the field.

We would like to request that instead of Constructing our base within the stated permitters near Planet Nuremberg. We would like to request that the construction can be in the Field its self with one weapons platform.
