Missions not working again ?

I'm a little bit confused about 4.88.1.
After we installed the new 4.88.1 everything was working well.
Now we have the problems with the missions again. Missions NOT working. But why? Because 2 Days they was working very well and now there is the "same" problem again?
Does anybody know about this and why we have this again?

There will be a notice on the forums when the Missions are completely working again. It clearly states this in game in orange text.
